I've tried call Nick and received no call back. I had to actually go into the store and see him face to face with issues concerning the warranty. It seem that Nick is great as a sells person, but after the sell issues he doesn't reply with warranty issues. I'm feel that when you need the company the most. If your looking a spa with no warranty Nick is your guy. But, anything afterwards your on your own.

We paid the deposit for our new spa and Nick told us to give him 2-3 weeks and he would have it in and ready for delivery. He called me a week later and had it delivered the next day. Nick also does a training class for new spa owners that was really helpful and informative. When the test was complete he started to review the results. When I questioned him about one of the results he rudely said he was done. I asked him to finish reviewing the results and he refused, I assuming because I questioned the results. I told him it was a mistake for me to ise Leslie Pool Supply. I took another water sample to Ocean Blue Pool and Spa and their test results came out very different. When I showed them what Leslie Pool recommended they said you would have ruined your pool water if you followed through with their recommendation!! Leslie Pool Supply is probably a reputable business but I would caution customers to make sure their recommendations will not harm your pool.

He said he let the service manager know and it would be fixed. We called and he said it would be fixed by Labor Day which came and went. It is almost Christmas and no repair. PP provides both small and large (companies) with the healthy abundant plants and extras that have been relied upon for decades. I decided to give them another chance recently, bought 2 plants, and quarantined this time- both were crawling with mealies within 2 weeks. I thought I checked the leaves well enough at the shop, but I guess not. None of my other plants have mealies. This store definitely has a years long mealy infestation. If you call them about it- they will deny it.
