We don't need the planner for what we wanted to do. It was an administrative task that any branch could accommodate as the planner works for a national chain. My husband called the local office and said that I would stop by either that day or the next. He got their business hours. I went the following day with our baby during said business hours. The door was locked. I knocked. I called on the phone. No answer from either. The voicemail message repeated said business hours. I left a message. Needless to say, I was quite frustrated hauling an infant that I am still getting used to taking out and as a customer that saw no explanation as to why they were closed. I waited five minutes with a fussy baby and then left. Shortly after I returned home, the Administrative assistant called back and apologized profusely. She did make excuses, but she sounded sincerely sorry. We all make mistakes. She admitted her's. That's good customer service. I returned the next day and said nothing about the past mistake. However, the administrative assistant realized who I was. She said "Oh, you know yesterday, I thought you were a client. Next time, you really need to call before you come in and make an appointment." I was appalled that she put the blame on me. It was never stated that we needed to make an appointment. "My husband did call," I told her, "and said I would be coming either that day or the next." What difference does it make if I am a client of this branch or not? So I added: "I may not be your client but I am a customer of this company." That was bad customer service. And it negated the very nice apology that was previously made. Overall, I left that office with a negative experience.

His prices were ok, but you really pay for what you get. To compound his ineptitude, he delivered my taxes late to the IRS and never told me!!! I only found out when I received an IRS bill for $400 in the mail. He said he would take care of it, but never did.
