I make an appointment for today at 10:15! I email my new employer the date and time confirmation! I save Atlanticare's appointment reminder voicemail! I arrived at 10:15!! The lady at the front desk was as rude as anyone I have ever encountered!! She just kept saying "we're too busy for this"!! And the office manager Jeff Walsh was no help at all, and you can clearly see he's in over his head!! His only response was, "I'm sorry for the mistake, I can get you in another day"!! Atlanticare succeeded in buying up ever other place locally, so I have no other choice but to take off from work another day!! In this economy who can afford to take off of work for 2 days to get a physical?????? Maybe, just Maybe, if we stop giving them our business they'll do a better job at treating patients like human beings!!!!

Despite clear medical records detailing my struggles with anxiety, depression, mental fog, pain, weakness and other ongoing physical and emotional issues, the summary section of the report falsely stated that I had no anxiety&depression and was in good physical health, a direct contradiction to the documented details within the same report painting a false picture of my condition. This misleading summary had a significant negative impact on my disability case and failed to reflect the true extent of my ongoing health challenges. Even more troubling, the report included personal information about my upcoming travel plans, which had absolutely no relevance to my medical condition and should never have been disclosed. Including this in my medical record--and submitting it to disability-was a clear and unacceptable violation of my privacy rights.

Couldn't get important meds due to delays, and when I spoke up, I was told by MD that I should have more empathy for staff. The WORST hospital.

( I do hope I'm not braking any HIPAA laws) anyway my room was a plaque (HALL 23) I shit you not, a bed in the middle of a hallway. Other then being embarrassed changing and peeing in a bottle it wasn't that bad. The staff Day Nurse, Night Nurse, the X-ray staff and the only doctor working that day was nice as can be. My Orderly Kyle was awesome!!!! That maybe the morphine talking but if I have to go to a hospital... take me to the closest one. But I can recommend this place if your in a work accident on Halloween.
