It's hard to even put into words how devastating this has been for her and our whole family. We reached out to the venue to explain the situation and request some kind of refund or partial credit, given the circumstances -- this wasn't a normal cancellation. Unfortunately, the hall chose not to show any flexibility or compassion. I understand that businesses have policies, but this was an extraordinary and heartbreaking situation. What hurts most is the lack of empathy. A little understanding or humanity in a moment like this goes a long way. I hope in the future, this hall considers showing more compassion toward their clients during truly tragic circumstances. I would not suggest !

Driving range is standard. Restaurant has a great menu including a kids menu. Kids menu is inexpensive. Normal menu is typical price for country club. Bar has a nice elevated view of the course.

We originally worked with Lisa, who was great, but when she was promoted, we were handed over to Megan, and things quickly went downhill. Megan was unprofessional, often agreeing to things in person only to change them over email, and she completely overturned agreements we had already solidified with Lisa. For example, our originally agreed-upon midnight end time was changed, and despite reaching a verbal compromise with Megan to play our last song at 11:45 PM, she stopped our wedding early at 11:30 PM anyway. On the day of the wedding, a guest actually found a small frog in her salad, and instead of taking responsibility, Megan was entirely dismissive. We also dealt with billing miscommunications that cost us over $1,000 for a tasting, though I will give the venue credit for eventually issuing a $500 credit to partially make up for it. To any couples looking to book this venue, be prepared to deal with a lot of worry and make sure you get everything in writing. Despite all of these major issues, we refused to let outside people ruin our experience and still had a great wedding, which is a reminder that regardless of where you do it, you should always just focus on enjoying the moment.

The next day a check out a different clerk didn't know how to process. The frustrating part was that the card had an expiration date of two days post departure. The room was clean but management has decided to remove the bathroom pump products for individual use items that didn't seem worth their label. I would NOT stay at this property!!

After the match ended, we wanted to buy just one beer each, but one of the employees refused to serve us. When we asked why, he said he had "decided" that we were drunk. Our group included people who hadn't had a single alcoholic drink because they were driving. When I asked why he wouldn't sell beer to those people, he gave the same answer: "I decided you were drunk." I then asked whether he had actually seen those people drinking alcohol. His answer was no-he admitted he hadn't, but said he had simply decided not to serve us anyway. This place feels like a scam. You pay expecting unlimited drinks for the whole event, but instead you only get a few drinks until the 60th minute. When I asked where, during the booking process, it stated that unlimited drinks ended at the 60th minute, the staff admitted that it wasn't written anywhere.

The bays are large and nicely setup. Player setup was pretty easy. The course choices were plenty but I wish I had more. The staff came pretty quick and asked for if we wanted food or drinks. I just wanted water while the others got beers and food. I had a few cheese curds and french fries. The curds were good and the fries were ok. The staff continued to check on us while we were playing. As far as the golf, it was not your typical simulator. The big differences were: mat moved depending on ball lie, there were mats rough, fairway, and sand shots. It gave a decent real course experience. We did have an issue with the bay and they couldn't fix it but they mixed us to another bay and gave us more time for the issues. We played for 4 hours and played 18. We are usually hitting at the same time in a real course if we are walking. In a sim, we have to hit one at a time. Overall, the service, food, and the golf were great. I'd come back here again! Also, this was really realistic cause my score was pretty high.
