This was a nice venue. Big enough for a large crowd and small enough so it has an intimate feeling. They also have an outdoor patio area which I didn't visit but everyone who did praised the outside. My only issue was the one of the bathroom doors were not on the hinges so it just gave a distasteful look. Other than that the wait staff were excellent. My mom and I went for a private 80th birthday celebration here on a Saturday evening. It's a small yet cozy space to have a gathering. They have tables set up to dine. There is a nice section to have your food layout and would be perfect for a buffet. They also have a pretty large dance floor where the DJ can be set up diagonal from the stage. I personally enjoyed the bartender, she was very sweet and personal. Honestly l, I would definitely recommend Atlantis Hall if you are looking to have a decent size gathering, but still that intimate vibes. So glad my family booked Atlantis hall for our moms 50th birthday. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the location was very convenient for us. Nicole was very helpful with every part of the process beginning from planning to execution. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and professional. She made you feel very comfortable coming to her with any questions that I had and also allowed us to have some time to prepare for the event, which was the icing on the cake. She went through all the details, and by the Date of the event, everything was in line. The servers that were provided to us were also very friendly and knowledgeable. They knew their stuff! We hosted a baby shower at this venue in March 2023. The location was beautiful for our group. Also, the manager and staff were on point for all of our event needs. The interior was clean and spacious. The outdoor space was also great. Even through it was chilly for March, guests went outside for fresh air. Highly recommend this space for your next event. Not worth it. Be aware. I've tried to reach out multiple times about the issues and they do not care. we had a couple issues with the place that left us and guest really stressed out. the lights were not given good instructions on it. So what they show you when you originally view the place won't be the same at all. The app kept disconnecting / not working. So the lighting in general was bad. The place was a still dirty when we enter such as chairs and tables. We had to pay for a clean up crew for it to still be like that. Doesn't make sense. So we was struggling to clean up before guest showed up. They had 3 tables that were not fully set up properly that one actually fell on our guest..another on someone els during the event which causes a safety issue. Anyone coulda gotten hurt .. the place was infested with flies and we complaint the night before. They said they will deal with it gave us a spay. the spray they gave us didn't help there was still flys all around we killed about 15 and up .. I on top of it made the floor extremely slippy someone fell. This is a huge safety issue Especially for myself being so far along in pregnancy I coulda fallen. We had to mop the floors so no one els will get hurt. The guest complained about the flys annoying them. we shouldn't have been doing all this cleaning and table checks shoulda be fixed before the event. Especially the table and fly issue. You have to get your own speakers , your own food when other places offer a sound system of food included. You have to pay for the table cloths and chairs set up. Which you will need cause they were dirty. We payed a lot for this place and We feel like we was cheated on the place it wasn't what we originally viewed. Given the issues we experienced with these problems with safety and flys were there's food out a health violation we constantly kept covering the food. My husband and I had our Baby Shower back in March(sorry for the delay) and we cant be happier how everything turned out. Melanie definitely went above and beyond with her service. I came here for a birthday party & it's a cozy spot. I would say due to the size, (which it is on the smaller side) this wouldn't be good for a large party. If throwing an event with about 50 people to maybe 75 max you should be ok. There's a dance floor & it's conveniently located. It is around a residential area, so parking shouldn't be too bad. If you're wanting to throw a small intimate party, this could be the place for you! read more

Thank you so much for holding our wedding at your venue. It was a beautiful and memorable moment for everyone. The venue is good for smaller weddings, in my opinion. We had a guest list of 100, I believe 80 people actually the day of though. The superstar I must say though is Nicole. She was so attentive and helpful. She works for this company but also has her own decorating company so we used her to handle decor also. It exceeded my expectations. Her prices were fair, her attention to detail was spot on. I can't remember the wait staffs name but they were all so professional and very helpful. I had my daughter's sweet 16 at this venue. The place seem really nice and at a good location for us but although the Manager was so friendly and sweet while trying to get the business, when we actually booked, communication with her was very poor on her end. The manager told us all that we would get in our package but then did not explain how to use certain amenities. Wifi was poor and our DJ had much difficulty to pair equipment and again Manager's communication very poor. I would recommend this place but only if you are tech savvy and you would need to stay on top of Manager as she will not communicate with you otherwise. read more

The best experience I've had renting a hall and I have rented quite a few. Melanie was so easy to work with and she did everything she said she would do or include into my package.. The servers, bartender and security knew exactly what needed to be done to keep the party moving smoothly. Booked this hall for my baby shower. Nice location. Loved the draping which made it easy for me with decorations. The hall added a stage which added to the beauty of the place. Some of the add ons/packages were too expensive in my opinion for a place that's already expensive so for a lot of my extras I ended up using outside vendors which was much more affordable. I just hosted my daughters baby shower last week and this venue was amazing. Very spacious and well taken care of. The staff was great. They helped in every way possible. Even the security guard helped out with carrying the big gifts to the stage. The bartender was so friendly and would even entertain our guest with his dance moves. The waitresses made sure to always clean up the tables and make sure our guest didn't have plates laying around. Melanie was also espectacular. She helped my husband and I out so much! We hosted our baby shower at Atlantis Hall on December 1st. Melanie, the hall manager was FANTASTIC to work with. She answered all of our questions, negotiated pricing for add-ons, accommodated all of our requests, and made herself available 24/7. The venue itself was great. The draping, lighting, and stage make decorating easy and much more affordable than "bare" halls. The floor plan is open and well laid out allowing for guests to move freely and never feeling cramped. Even though it was winter we were able to use the backyard for pictures. The security and waitress we had were excellent as well. You didn't even feel like there was a security. The waitress was on point. She refilled everything before we had to ask, she setup the entire dessert/candy bar, and packed up everything at the end of the night. She also cleaned as the night went on. Parking can be tricky because it's Lefferts Blvd, but we spoke to the gas station next door and they let us park extra cars for a small fee. The only issue we had was with the bartender Angel. He disappeared throughout the night and helped himself to food & beverages without asking. At one point he brought out aluminum foil and I specifically had explained I wanted everyone to eat first, and then when everyone had eaten we had brought foil for guests to bring plates home. He ignored me and offered it to our guests. He also asked these same guests for a tip for wrapping their plates. Our shower ended up having fewer guests than we expected so at the end of the night when there was less liquor and beer leftover than we thought there would be he was unable to produce the empty bottles. The trash was still in the building so there's no reason he shouldn't have been able to show me what was or wasn't consumed. Melanie followed up with us the next day and we communicated our concerns. Based on her follow up and our overall experience I would use Atlantis Hall again and recommend them to family & friends. I would just recommend to ask for a different bartender if you plan to serve beer/wine/liquor. read more

So I sat and thought how can I write a review that deserves more then the 5 stars I was allowed. Even now I'm still at a loss for words. 1st I want to say the place is amazing. Pros- great space, very upscale with the drapes. Cons- parking is horrible although you can pay the gas station attendant and park there. The kitchen could be more sanitized and a stove and fridge should be added in the back.. The best part was getting to work with such an awesome man. Abdul was in fact the best business man I've ever dealt with!! We had a couple of hiccups but he made sure to handle each the best he can so that I was happy. It didn't matter what time i called him. 6am or 12 midnight he was always there and made sure my reception went perfectly without the stress. So if I was asked would I recommend this place the answer is definitely yes. I have forever made a friend with Abdul and I would definitely keep his number for future business!!!! read more

The hall was beautiful!!! The manager Christy walked me through and explained everything perfectly!!! She was AWESOME!! Always available to answer any questions I had and i was able to stop by and see the place numerous times as needed!!!!The dancing area was large enough for my 150+ guests. The bar and ice machine was useful and the serving area was great!!! I'm so glad my daughter found this place for her sweet 16. The TV's had some technical difficulties but that didn't take away from the fun we had!!!If you don't mind driving around for parking a little (no area lot available), this would be the place to go!
