I had them do my driveway and walkway lined with Belgium block. They were a little slow getting the job done but the work they did came out beautiful. All of the crews they sent were courteous and professional and they did good work.

Do not use this company for your own safety. Do not waste your money. PLEASE!!!!!! Please do your research.

This Company Are Crooks as Their Job The driveway Borders are Not Straight , And when we send them pictures , They Say That they will send someone to look at it , That "Someone Never Come , and when you call again and again They Start to threaten you That the Will Come and F...k you Up ! The ladies that Work There are Slime balls With Bad language I absolutely do not recommend this company to anybody, do the extra research and go with a different.  The initial guy Liam that comes to give you the estimate is definitely a used car salesman, knows everything to say, draws up an estimate for you, and leaves out on agreed upon parts of your agreement.  Conveniently had my driveway ripped up, and then the company told me they left out $27500 worth of pavers and there was nothing they could do. They Talk And do not Listen , Lie To you Over and Over Again , Bunch of trash talkers , low Life

    Dirt instead of RCA.

They give a good price but that is because they lie and cheat. They say they use RCA (recycled concrete), but they don't. They just dump dirt with rocks, bricks and garbage. They promised the job would be done in 2 weeks but took almost a month. And the salesman, Joe, was down right rude. Sorry we used them. Should have paid a little more and used a more professional company.

2 years later driveway is now cracking. Worst paving job ever. DO NOT USE Atlas paving. The worst!!!

I do not know where to begin, but stay away from this company!!! MICHEAL came to my house to give me a estimate on a new black top driveway . Everything sounded great, we saw some nice samples, agreed on next steps and got promised everything will look brand new, just as in the pictures. I was at work when I received a phone call that crew is on its way to my house to do the black top. No advance notice! I work in Manhattan and someone had to be present when the work is done. I tried to explain to Melissa, THE MANGER, that I would have appreciated a bit of a notice. She not only didn't want to hear me, but started screaming "I don't care, get someone at your house my guys are in the area. If not today, we will delay your work." I had to get my mom at house ASAP! Two days later, I called the company as the driveway looked not very well done, and was not as smooth black as what we discussed, and had tiny holes. The main office referred me back to call MICHEAL , who is an 'estimator'. So, I called MICHEAL and told him my concerns, this is still while the driveway is during up, mere 2 days have past. OMG!!! He listened to what I was not happy with and said black is all different color....'Aren't black people all different shades of black" In what universe do we compare blacktops to black people? I am still shocked something like this can come out of someone's mouth, less so a person who is in sales. More so, in this day and age. I was speechless and called back the office manger to tell her about MICHEAL racist comment. She said "you would have to excuse him", and that there is nothing mor they can do about the work. A week later I called back again to tell them again that the driveway had cracks and doesn't look well done. They agreed and sent someone to take a look. He filled two of cracks and said to wait a year to get a seal coat. I don't mind a seal coat, but is it normal to be told I would need one on a brand new driveway. In a nutshell, this was a nightmare experience and money wasted . My only solution is to look for a new company to redo the entire driveway. Next time I will read then Yelp reviews! Do the same! This is how the driveway looks and there are 15 more similar areas.

I hired Atlas to do my pavers & driveway back in Mid to late August & it was a disaster from the beginning. Tyler came to my home to give me an estimate. We walked & reviewed what I wanted to get done & he handed me a black booklet which had a gray house & beautiful gray & Black paver. I told Tyler to please price this look. He said he would & gave me the price which I accepted. It wasn't until after the demo was completed & time for me to pick the paver color did, I find out he didn't price what we discussed but instead priced up a single layer of pavers & I would need to include an additional $5k to install what we had originally discussed. At this point, I just needed to get it done so I accepted this mistake but wasn't happy. The paver installation was a total nightmare! This was the most unprofessional part of the project. My driveway was a one car semicircle & I wanted to extend this to a 2 car semi-circle. Their "Masons" didn't level any pavers they put down. You can see the pavers are going up & down & up & down. They didn't set the pavers in the concrete correctly which caused them to move. On both side of the driveway. They installed the pavers at least 3 feet into my driveway around the semi-circle. All the corners were so unprofessionally done. It didn't look like a professional did it at all. I understand in construction, things happen but own up to it especially when it is SOOO glaringly obvious. But not Tyler. He's a true "snake oil salesman" is what my neighbors call him. Instead of just saying "Sorry Mr. XYZ you're not happy we'll fix it" he tells me things like "some other customers like the pavers into their driveway" or my favorite line "the pavers are kind of level" like being level is subjective. The blacktop is about 4- 6 quarters stacked higher than the pavers in most areas. The pavers at the concrete curb apron at the front of my driveway & blacktop are all at different elevations. Instead of starting the pavers at the town sideway, they started it about 3" away. Then proceeded to fill the space with concrete (which has already cracked and chipped away) The existing concrete going into my backyard is about 5" lower than the pavers they installed. They didn't level the pavers to allow for any drainage. Whenever it rains, there is a huge POOL of water because the pavers & existing concrete aren't on the same level & the water has nowhere to go. There is a pool in the summer & ice-skating rink in the winter! There are multiple asphalt top pebbles breaking off already. It didn't even last 6 months. I watched the asphalt installed on my ring camera & watched as they allowed the asphalt to harden & rushed to heat it back up. The two halves converge right in front of my front door. There is a visual groove where the 1st layer ended & 2nd layer began. It already is pooling water & will be a huge crack in the driveway in the next year or sooner. This by far is the worst contractor I have dealt with & I bought a fixer upper, so I dealt with a few over these 6-7 years. They are cheap for a reason! If you have the misfortunate of hiring them, make you don't give them 50% to start. Start with 20%. Make sure there is at least 15-20% remaining at the end of your project. More importantly, make sure you're home & watching them! No one is watching the work they put in & No one cares about the quality of the work. If I could do it again, I would spend the extra $200-300 & use a different contractor that does strictly homes!

I highly recommend Atlas Paving Stones. Paving the backyard is an investment, and my husband and I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Dina walked us through multiple options. She was patient, funny, and a straight-shooter! We always felt confident with her expertise and we appreciated her timely responses. With Atlas, we paved a big part of our backyard, lay down asphalt for our driveway, updated the walkway and steps to our house and our house is completely transformed. The paving stones in the back feel more like an extension to our home than an outdoor area. I've lost count as to how many people have called our backyard an oasis. Getting these paving stones has not only upped the beauty of our backyard, but it also transformed the functions of what our home can do. It's now a space to hold friends, families, functions, celebrations, and memories. The foreman, Alex, and his crew were nothing but professional, respectful and diligent. If you're "on the fence" about paving stones, don't be. Don't bother using anyone else!! USE ATLAS and you'll be confident about your investment and thrilled with the phenomenal end result.

His team came out and - wow! - they set up scaffolding, covered our grill and outdoor furniture (to protect from mortar dust), ground out the old mortar, meticulously re-mortared the top section (yes, I climbed up to inspect closely), re-sealed the flu and cleaned up all in one day. I recently moved into a flip and, to both of our surprise, discovered feet of concrete and bricks stuffed in the middle of my chimney -- meaning my hot water heater and gas line weren't venting properly. Oscar and his team quite literally saved my life. When you buy a new home, you never know what surprises are waiting behind the walls. Oscar went above and beyond to make sure I was safe, that the job was done correctly, and that they'd leave with absolutely no trace they were ever there. Mid-project, they had to open a wall, and not only did they patch the drywall, but they painted it, too -- you'd never know it was touched. He took the time to explain everything in detail so I could actually understand the process, documented every step, and made me feel like a true partner in the project. One thing he said that really stuck with me was: "I know you own the house, but it's our fireplace now." That level of care and pride in his work says it all. Oscar is the definition of integrity, skill, and kindness. If you're lucky enough to get on his schedule, you're in the best hands possible. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I had a few other companies come and give estimates but they were lacking in the design area. Devin and his team really impressed me with their professionalism, creativity, and respect for my property. I did not have to chase them as to when they would be showing up as I have with other contractors. His estimate was very detailed and was easy to understand with breakdown and description. His 3D rendering was extremely impressive and really was representative of what he was able to create. Dan was present every single day to get the men set up and to do a check-in with me to make sure I was happy with the process from start to finish. Each day the crew left my property neat, never leaving garbage behind, and were very mindful to never leave my gates open due to me having 2 dogs. As for the work... I was unsure what I wanted exactly but knew I didn't want a cookie cutter yard like most of Long Island. Dan and Devin both worked with me to pick out the perfect colors and showed me how to best utilize the space I have. With landscaping, they were able to give me more privacy and brighten up my entire yard with beautiful perennials. The hot tub area they created with an outdoor television and pergola will definitely be used all year round. The outdoor BBQ and bar area will be the highlight of my outdoor parties! My favorite touch though was the beautiful pool and surrounding stone with an automatic pool cover which means I don't have to worry about my pups accidentally falling in when I'm not outside with them. I really can't speak highly enough of Devin and Dan's work, talent, and professionalism.

Icing on the cake. Then the pandemic hit so the job was delayed (NY orders), but Flawless came through after re-opening and did a superb job for us. The new driveway is both beautiful and functional, even our crabby neighbors like it! It was a big job but Flawless's skilled and friendly crew managed to finish in a week. Everything I googled on cracks in Cement state "if it's a headline crack it can be fixed easily and Not to wait till it gets larger" ...more or larger cracks are more difficult to repair" and more costly. I know that this was not the Sal I knew. He sounded more like his uncle Joe, arrogant and disrespectful. In the mean time Joe, do the right thing and let YOUR workers come and seal the crack. This is your fault. I told Sal when they poured the cement that the root of the tree needed to be cut out but you and your men said it didn't matter. I only redid the block of cement because they were lifting a little. The old cement was there for 30 years and had NO cracks. Just a little lift at seam. You are a business you need to take care of your customers. Btw sand that was put between nicklock pavers is still missing and you charged me over 11,000 for the work that has overspilled cement on pavers. I didn't even complain about that last October. If you want me to update this review I recommend that Joe tells Sal to fix this issue.
