When talking with him about our project to quote (front walkway and stairs) you could tell he was extremely passionate about and knowledgeable on his craft. Regarding quote, pricing was reasonable and competitive. Once we have go ahead, we were able to schedule project for two weeks later. On project day, Levan and his team were quick yet meticulous. Two days of work was miraculously completed in one, leaving a bit of clean up / haul for day two. His team helped to remove grass as well to create new flower beds in our front yard. Hired to stone a wall and fireplace. it was completed sloppy with excess mortar all over the rocks and oozing like an ice cream sandwich. He likes to talk a big game. He would sleep in the truck while his employee would do the work. Also , took out the entire room electrical power, and never even shared with us what had happened. Discovered it on our own after he left. Do your research before you hire. Thousands of dollars spent and now have to hire someone to fix it. read more

Hire at your own risk. The owner, Levan, will seem reassuring at first and then end up being a huge disappointment. We needed concrete put down in our garage as well as a support beam in the center. Levan gave us a quote and we expected the work to be done professionally and done well. Unfortunately, we were in for a rude awakening. You will see in the attached photos that the concrete dried in a sloppy uneven way. He told us the color would even out in a few days and it never did. He also told us he would put up a pressure treated beam to support the center of our garage. My husband went to stain the wooden beam today and there were cracks in the wood (so definitely not pressure treated) and the side beams had major gaps and added no further support. See photos attached. Additionally, the day the work was done they dumped wet concrete on the side of our driveway, saying they would come get it once it dried. We had texts full of excuses as to why they couldn't clean up the concrete for a full week. After we kept texting, he finally came and cleaned it up. There is a photo of the remnants of that as well. Not to mention, photos of the cement footprints left on our driveway. Oh and to top it all off, they dumped one of their wheelbarrows on a neighbor's property. I guess they saw it was heavily wooded so why not dump it there? Lastly, I took a screenshot of the text I received from Levan after confronting him about the wooden beam that was poorly constructed in our garage. He told us "we got what we paid for." We never haggled for a price. He gave us one price and we agreed. He didn't tell us we were agreeing to half assed work! Very unprofessional! read more

Such an honest straight up guy. Definitely recommend Levan! So we had part of our paving slabs collapse and immediately knew we had to fix this ASAP. I contacted 4 different contractors or so and got some ridiculously high quotes to fix it. Levan came over to our house, and actually found out underneath the slab was an air vent. Levan Installed a nicolock wall and shrubbery containment the length of my home, he refaced my front steps and skim coat cemented my foundation He and his team were on site for two days start to finish! He carted out all the debri left my driveway swept clean and left the topsoil he delivered raked and leveled. He spent 30 minutes listening to what I wanted done, made a few suggestions and was ready in a week to begin my job. He replaced the foundation vents as well and drilled some air holes in my fire pit. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. OWNER LEVAN KHMALADZE OVERBOOKS AND LEAVES YOU HANGING!! Levan sent us an invoice in May and agreed in a text message that he would start next month on June 19. He promised to finish the patio before our family reunion on July 4th and before hot tub delivery. On June 19th he sent a text, "I had oral surgery yesterday" and then later another text, "I had to fire one of my crews" and then, "I'm not gonna dance around your drumbeats" and finally admitted that, "I had jobs double booked" and offered to do everything in September. From June 19th to September!! I don't think so.. I can't believe I let this man into our home to discuss the project. He is fake and only cares about his pockets and not the families he is hurting. I am contacting the BBB and will scramble to hire someone else so we have a patio to put under the hot tub.
