A neighbor requested to see it as she needs one. Upon opening the awning, it was fine, but it would not close completely into the trough. I called on March 24, 2026, and spoke with Elizabeth, who was very helpful and explained that they were extremely busy and short-handed. It would take two to three weeks to schedule a service call. Adding that she would contact me with the available dates within a week. I acknowledged that the $175.00 fee was okay. Since I did not hear from her by then, I called on April 6, 2026, and spoke with Pilar. She said she would call or text me when a service call is available. I am very concerned and worried that the squirrels could chew this awning. It happened with my old one. I decided a closed trough was the best solution. I am anxiously awaiting a service call. He laser measured the existing stair heights to ensure that each was step was the same and shimmed each step to made sure that there was no squeaking sound-rock solid treads!. The fit and finish of all the joints on the rails and balusters was such that you wouldn't be able to fit a straight edge razor blade between them. When a large branch came down during a storm and impaled itself about six inches from our shed we knew we had to do something before the tree came down on our house or garage. Due to its proximity to our garage, shed, privacy fence and house it was obvious it was going to be a difficult job. I had estimates from a few tree companies but once Brandon came out and accessed the situation I immediately knew my search was over. His estimate was very fair but more than that I was impressed with his confidence, knowledge and professionalism. He assured my wife and I that he had all the skills and necessary equipment needed to complete the job. He addressed all our concerns so we decided to move ahead with the project. We also decided to have a tree in the front yard trimmed a bit. Brandon's Tree Service arrived at hour house on schedule with lots of equipment and a crew of five. They worked together very well as a team and kept in constant communication with each other via headsets as the work was being performed. They did an amazing job, it really couldn't have gone any better. My wife and I were impressed at the skill, attention to detail and teamwork displayed throughout the day. Brandons removed 2 of my neighbors trees. They removed all the debris from what they did take out…read more Problem is, they left the 2 stumps. One was about 1 1/2 ft. tall and the other was about 2 1/2 ft. tall. They left the stumps because the trees were in a rock bed and the tall stump supposedly had a wire fence grown into it. My neighbor asked me if I could take the stumps down to ground level. I moved the rock (which wasn't much) from around the base of the stumps and pulled the fence away from the other stump. The taller stump did not have any fence growing into it like they said. I removed both stumps with my 16"Stihl chainsaw. The picture file was too large to upload.. Also, they parked their crane on her driveway and broke her new concrete. The only thing they offered her for the broken concrete was to remove the broken pieces for her.

The mower had a much more difficult issue... would no longer start, and even after extensive troubleshooting, the exact cause couldn't be determined. Beach Lawn & Garden worked closely with Ryobi throughout the warranty process, kept me informed every step of the way through both phone calls and emails, and made what could have been a frustrating experience remarkably easy. I also appreciated that they were upfront about the $40 diagnostic deposit for each tool, and once the warranty work was approved, they promptly refunded the full $80 without any hassle. In the end, Ryobi chose to replace my mower with a brand-new current-generation model, complete with two new 6Ah batteries and a new rapid charger. While that was Ryobi's decision, Beach Lawn & Garden handled the entire process professionally and made everything go smoothly from start to finish. To top it all off, they were kind enough to hold both of my tools for a few extra weeks while I was unable to make the trip to Virginia Beach to pick them up. It took him less than an hour to deep clean the entire apartment and he was very nice and friendly. If my new house had carpet I would only use this company again.
