If you are looking for a quality builder, please don't let this one star review sway you in any way. We are currently having a home built by Atlas and we cannot say enough good about them. I would recommend you check out reviews on Google. They are much more accurate for what you can expect from Atlas. Granted we haven't moved into our home yet but we are expecting nothing but great things. I will post a second review once we move in and get settled. Atlas Builders, hardly! They should be named THE RIPOFF Builders. They are in NO WAY, anything related to being an Atlas. BEWARE: Many of these local contractors are running scams to win your trust and steal your hard-earned money, and then reneging on their contracts as the State of Idaho has huge gaps in their general contractor laws. Currently, all is takes to become a licensed contractor in Idaho is $45, no experience necessary, no test, $45! This is why any yahoo thinks they can build homes and run a business. These two are completely ignorant, arrogant, and incompetent. Because of this, they believe they are getting away with it. Atlas currently has investigations into their practices with the State of Idaho and I will be pursuing I've had to pay new contractors to replace and repair work done by Atlas. Since my experience, I've had the opportunity to inspect many of their home builds and the materials used and workmanship is quite honestly, subpar. Their finished product is merely a facade for extremely poor workmanship. My advice as a homeowner, business professional, and human being is to save yourself the headache and heartache and steer clear of anything these two are involved in and buy or have your home built by one of the larger, more reputable and professional local builders.
