Two days went by with no resolution, causing unnecessary downtime for our business. Then, out of nowhere, we received an email stating they would no longer be servicing our company. Completely unacceptable. Not only did they drop our business in the middle of an active technical issue, but we later discovered the problem was literally a 3-minute fix. There was no notice, no transition plan, and no professionalism in how the situation was handled. To make matters worse, they stopped supporting and backing up our server without warning, putting our company data and operations at risk. It then took over a week just to get access to our own passwords and company information. After more than a decade as a loyal customer, this was an incredibly disappointing and unprofessional experience with NW Technologies. We expected far better communication, support, and accountability from a long-term IT provider.

He called ahead of time, showed up on time, reset 2 routers, and gave me really great insight into the difference between 2.4 and 5ghz work. He showed me how to do speed tests, and we did speed tests throughout the house to see what worked better, where. He also reset my tv streaming services and helped me load another service in my TV.
