I was in touch with Highland before the year was over ( August of 24 finished and my first call went in July of 25) and Dennis came out to look at the driveway. There were tire marks at the end of my driveway from someone who had made a turn going out. Dennis told me it was because of the hot weather. There was nothing in the contract that said we are not responsible in hot weather if you are left with tire marks. Perhaps, his contract says that now. in 2025, I started seeing patches of gravel and started calling Highland In 2026 the whole top coat was gone and all you can see now is gravel. My husband called him and he said he would come out to look at it. He changed his mind and had me send pictures. He told me he had driven by and nothing was wrong with my driveway. You cannot see the gravel by driving by the house and it would have been nice if he had called and told us he was coming to look at the driveway. After paying a lot of money to have my driveway redone, Antonio's resolution was to have the driveway sealed. I see people sealing older driveways with cracks but never a driveway that was less than 3 years old. I wasn't looking for all my money back. I was asking for Antonio to see that his top coat was totally gone before the 3 year mark which is this month.

It took a little while to get on the schedule but that was expected. They came out and we were amazed at the care they took in working on our deck. We thought maybe a couple days work, but again, the attention and care they took ensuring a quality product going thru all the steps. It did take longer but we understood why. Lot if work to be done ensuring all steps completed correctly. We are so happy with the result. Our deck not only looks great, but all our uneven areas were leveled. If I could go back and do over thing, it would be to have put our solar cover on to try and limit the amount of debris going into the pool. Our pool robots and vacuums worked overtime but it was worth it.

In our case, they coordinated with the fantastic Fournier Irrigation to have all the necessary electrical conduit installed at the same time the irrigation system went in. One particularly nice touch was Steve, the skilled technician who installed the system, returned to our house at around 9 pm to make sure everything was working properly and to make final adjustments.
