Although they were not confident in fitting me in with my timeframe, surprisingly they were able to accommodate me while no other contractor could even quote the project for months out. They were great to deal with and kept me involved on every detail. I will admit that I did allow work to be performed while I was at work (no one home), after hours (past 5p), and on two weekends. They respected my home and property and even finished days earlier than expected. They made some suggestions in order to save me on overall cost and also on products that I was unfamiliar with that worked much better for my projects. I found their prices to be extremely fair and the payment schedule was great as I did not have all the funds up front. I have dealt with many contractors in the past and have always had one problem or another, the main one being attendance; I did not experience that issue with them. Nick is the best person to call for concrete repair. This is 3rd time I had to call him to repair…read morecracks in my foundation. One was a crack in the foundation in front of my house. One was small crack in the back of the house under my siding, this crack leads into my garage which has a 3 ft cement wall which also had a crack in it. First time I called Nick was back in 2018. I had a deck removed and there was a crack on the outside foundation which went into the sub basement and which lead into the my garage which has 3ft cement wall. I was having a sunroom built in that that spot where the deck use to be. The builder who was building the sunroom told me to have the crack fixed before he would put down the cement post for the sunroom. The person who was buiding the sunroom told me the builders never put flashing under the deck & under the siding. I went into the garage and I could actually see sunlight coming into the garage from the crack on the outside where the deck use to be. We had torrential rainfall for 2 days and I couldn't believe how much water was coming in from the outside crack into the crack in the garage. I called Saber Concrete Repair the next day Nick came out to look at it. He had to go into the sub basement where he saw the hugh crack. He came the next day and fixed the cracks not only on the outside, but in the sub basement and in the garage wall. He had to inject the walls from inside of the sub basement into the garage wall and held them together with pins. Still holding together since 2018. Thank You Nick, I will always call you for any more cracks in my foundation. If you need any cement jobs done, call Nick he is a very reliable person and knows what he is doing.
