I came across Atlas Optometry because I needed a new eye doctor. They did not disappoint. From the initial phone call to set up an appointment all the way until getting my glasses, the service was top notch. Vanessa was friendly welcoming and gave great customer service. Dr Tran is the best. He took his time to assess my eyes and was informative. He also made sure the glasses are chose were the right choice and fit me perfectly. Recently I had broken my glasses and went back to Dr Tran to get them repaired before my road trip. He was very helpful in getting my glasses repaired and in a faster time than usual. It would usually take 2 weeks but Dr Tran did me a huge favor and I got my glasses back within 4 days. Overall their customer service is great and I highly recommend them!! read more

I brought a pair of sunglasses that I really like and wanted to have prescription lenses put in. They are Smith Optics with blue mirror lenses. I didn't know what to expect. I thought it might be hard to replicate. This is my first pair of prescription sunglasses. Long story short, they turned out AWESOME!! They look just like the original lenses, except I can see perfectly out of them! Better than I had hoped for. My mom visited this office last week and has been raving about how great of a service it was. The staff were kind and helpful in assisting her get everything she wanted and answered her questions thoroughly. My mom is not one to recommend very many Asian businesses so I was taken by surprise when she insisted that I should switch optometry offices. In my experience, most Asian businesses try to overcharge and rip-off their customers who don't know better; however, the staff at this office were extremely transparent and helpful in assisting my mom in getting the best price. I went here a month ago to get an eye exam and computer reading glasses for the first time in my life. Dr. Tran was very friendly and helpful in finding the problem with my eyes (near-sighted) and getting me the right prescription. The exam was only about 10-15 min and Ariel was very friendly and patient with helping me find the right frames that would fit my face shape and nose bridge. I found the perfect Tiffany's frames and they arrived within a week, although they said it usually takes 2 weeks, so I was happy and excited! Now I can read fine print so much better without straining, and the blue light lenses help in not keeping me up at night. I don't know if that's a placebo effect, but I think it helps! Overall I would definitely recommend coming here for the great customer service and efficiency of getting what you need done. They are also really accommodating on appointments and sanitize all frames for safety. read more

Dr. Tran is simply amazing! It wouldn't be a stretch in saying that he saved my boyfriend's sight. He went in for an exam after a couple of days with blurry vision. Not only did Dr. Tran correctly diagnose the problem before it being confirmed by tests, but he knew that the problem would require additional help from specialists. He called around to all of the hospitals that had the specialists that he would need to see, and made sure that my boyfriend was seen that very day. Which is an enormously difficult feat if you've gone to any medical office. He didn't hesitate to help my boyfriend. He made sure that the patient was the number one priority during the entire situation. I couldn't be more grateful to the care that Dr. Tran gave. Five stars and so much more! read more

I was due for a new eye exam and stumbled on Atlas. Siyi was so helpful and was able to squeeze me and my husband in. Dr.Thai was extremely nice and made sure everything was perfect. I was visiting from out of town when Dr. Tran was recommended to me by my friends to check out about my complaints about blurry vision in my right eye that I have had for years now. I had gone to 3 different eye doctors and was told it was a lazy eye and that I had to essentially just "deal with it". Dr. Tran informed I had a condition called keratoconus, a rare eye disorder where the eye is very misshapen, thus the reason I could not achieve acceptable vision even with glasses on. He explained to me I needed to get a mapping of my cornea done to get a definitive diagnosis and after I got it done it turned out I indeed had keratoconus. Since I live far away, Dr. Tran recommended via a telephone consult my next steps in order to help me see better through my right eye. I visit the west coast frequently I will be sure to drop in and see him for more consultations, thank you so much Dr. Tran for finally giving me the answer I needed!!! read more

Very happy with the services me and my fiance received here. The staff was very kind and knowledgable and didn't push us to get things we didn't need or want. The doctor was very thorough and accommodating and took the time to answer all of my questions about the exam (I have some conditions that make my eyes need more specialized prescriptions).
