I couldn't be more grateful to Dr. Glass! After my exam, he could not tell me what he found, but highly urged me to get in to see a specialist. It took almost 4 months to find a good one and then to get 2 cataract surgeries and 2 secondary cataract surgeries between June and September. I had gone clinically blind in one eye and almost completely blind in the other. No one can believe what I have gone through when I tell them, but I tell everyone that says they have any vision problems to get in for an exam and trust the ophthalmologist; these eye centers have qualified doctors. I'm not out of the woods quite yet as my world remains blurry, but I'm no longer blind!! I'm so so so very grateful for Dr. Glass! read more

First, I want to say that everyone I've ever been in contact there has been great! Jake, Dr. Nguyen, Miguel, and others whose names I can't remember. I recently experienced purely above and beyond customer service. I was out of state and somehow failed to bring enough contacts (embarrassing). So I called the Pearle Visions in the state I was in and no one was willing to let me get a couple pairs of trials to get me through the week. I had an entire years supply at home (my bad). I had a huge event to attend and not enough dailies to get me through! Miguel set me up to have some FedExed overnight and was so patient with me. He called multiple Pearle Visions in the city/state I was in to ask that they help me out. They flat out refused. Miguel spent extra time to figure out a solution while still taking care of customers in the store. This type of customer service just doesn't exist anymore! I was and am SO THANKFUL for Miguel and his team. These guys care and are helpful every time I am in there. Today, I purchased a new pair of glasses with Miguel's help once again. I usually don't leave reviews, but felt I needed to share my experience with Pearle Vision. I ordered a pair of prescription glasses that were supposed to arrive in about 2 weeks. Nearly 2 months later, they still hadn't come in. I spoke with Sam--who was honestly great and tried to help--but when I asked to cancel the order due to the long delay, I was told they couldn't because of their policy. That made no sense to me, especially since the delay wasn't on my end. I had to order a completely different pair of frames, which ended up costing almost $80 more on the frame than what I could've paid elsewhere. They did offer free lenses with the new frames (which arrived fairly quickly), but the whole situation was really frustrating. This review isn't about the staff--Sam was professional and kind--it's about the store's cancellation policy and how poorly the original order was handled. If you're thinking about ordering glasses here, just be prepared for delays and not much flexibility if something goes wrong. read more

I'm professional tennis player and came for a comprehensive eye exam which was conducted by Dr. Tina Nguyen, who's really professional and very knowledgeable.
