I sent Jason a few ideas in mind of what I wanted and the digital logo images and basically told him, "see what you can do." In less than 24 hours I received a mock-up image of what the t-shirt would look like, both front and back, and what he came back to me with exceeded my expectations. I immediately signed off on the design and worked with Jennifer to process my order which couldn't have been easier. All along the way they both communicated with me promptly and professionally. I received my order a few days later and could not have been happier. It was exactly like the mock image and the t-shirt quality was excellent, which Jason also gave me solid suggestions about. Jason is a real pro and wouldn't hesitate to contact him again for any future printing needs.

I emailed over 3 different designs and I received a phone call shortly after from their team. Not only did Jill walk me through my designs to give me advice on what would show up nicely, but she also offered her expertise on the best styles and colors of shirts! Within a week of communication back and forth, we finally decided on a final draft, so they really only had a week to complete the job. The customer service exceeded my expectations, and I am so sorry to see only one other review from a client that did not receive the same care and quality of treatment that I did. It doesn't seem possible that this could have been the same company. I not only received my order on time, but Jill also made sure of this by delivering it to our company 30 minutes away from their location! I recommend supporting local businesses, and will order from them for my future shirts. I was able to call Jill on her cell phone and make changes on the order multiple times. They were flexible and after unpacking all of the shirts today, I couldn't help but write a raving review. I hope the bad review can be overlooked, I'm glad that I did.

When I complained they told me that it was my fault and that I shouldn't have washed the t-shirts in a machine. Which is outrageous because I never had that problem with any other t-shirt. It seems that they tried to cut costs with my order. I don't know if everyone will have that problem. The t-shirts were useless in the end and I had to use another company to re-print the order. I don't know how many good companies there are out there, but Monster Press is dismal. When I compared the two jobs, the Monster Press print looked even worse in comparison. The new job, by the other company, had crisp colours and without any fading. At least ask for a test print if you want to go with this company.
