Atlas signs are the BEST! They installed this sign 5 years ago and it's BEAUTIFUL. Recently a driver needed to be replaced, they do wear out eventually (especially if they are on 24/7) I asked several businesses to bid out the work to make the fix and Atlas signs had the best price to do the work. I was relieved because I had such a great experience with them the first time I wanted to have them back. As a small business owner, It's responsible to get bids for any work so I always make sure to do that, at least 3. Atlas beat the other bids BY FAR and they are so EZ to schedule and the Tech Team and office folks are so kind. Amazing service. Samir is such a professional and kind businessman. I had very short deadline for a huge banner I wanted to print and while everyone refused the job, he took the job. He met the deadline actually finished earlier than the deadline. The quality is fantastic and the prices are beyond great!! My sister needed an LED box sign of her logo for a trade show in NYC, and had a tight deadline. After doing some research, I came across a sign company in Long Beach which seemed honest at first, but then basically charged me $75 for mock-ups of designs we did not want, bait and switched the price range last minute, kept insisting he would not compromise the look of the logo, but could only make the sign fit into a standard sized box for the amount of time we had, and then seemed to drag out the approval process on purpose (e.g., when asked how much the sign would weigh). With now only three days left before my sister's show, my instincts told me to follow up with another vendor, and that's when I got in touch with Atlas Signs, one of the few vendors who replied again after reaching out for a second time. Sam and Tony are a great team. Tony provided free mock-ups, and offered a few different size scenarios as requested even though we were talking about quarter-inch differences, explained that all of their boxes are customized to meet clients' needs, that they could rush the order at no additional cost (depends on type of sign), and the cost was in the ballpark range of other quotes I received. About four hours later that same day I placed the order, he let me know that the sign was done and ready for pick up (something the first sign company warned could not be done within the industry). I was happily amazed. The sign looked PERFECT, exactly like the logo. When my sister came to pick it up, she shrieked with joy. Atlas Signs is clearly a reputable company that emphasizes customer satisfaction. To top off the wonderful service, Tony even followed up that Friday to wish my sister safe travels. HUGE shout out to this place!! Had gone to Graphics Express originally and had the worse experience ever. The owner never calls back and has you deal with front desk people that have no idea who you are after numerous calls and appts. Came her and spoke to Sam and Tony and within minutes we had the ball rolling!! Both Tony and Sam really know the needs and wants of their customers. Just picked up my signs and so impress and happy with the out come.The best thing is that the price I paid was what other shops charge for inferior material ( the one I had, Samir had them made from aluminum for outside used ). Samir and his son redesigned my art work and made them a lot better than original. If you need any signs come check and get a quote from this shop before you get a lower quality signs and most likely higher price from other shops. Five stars happily given. read more
