One of our tenants asked us if we could explore options to partially cover a window with an unsightly outlook. I needed banners done for my business, so I'm like "oh boy here we go again". In the past I have had really bad experiences with sign guy's and graphic designer's in general, first they raise my expectations and then they don't meet dead lines making me look like an idiot to my business partners who trusted me to come thru.
