Ordered a 2 signs - WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I ordered them over a month ago, The customer server is the worst, I asked for a custom sign and spelled everything out, The person CATHERINE couldn't understand on email or on phone. Finally after a month of going back and forth, they emailed me the sign was in and ready, Drove across town in rush hour traffic and to get there and only 1 sign is done. She tried to tell me I only ordered 1 sign, I showed her the invoice and the email and she agreed I ordered 2 signs. However, when I asked if they could just mail them to me as it was their mistake the signs were not ready she told me I could pay for shipping, Where is the customer service on this? They messed up and wanted me to waste more gas to come over to pick up what they could of easily sent out, because of CATHERINE's mistake. I've seen this store for many years as it is nextdoor to my pharmacy, but finally had a need for their services the other day. While my order was fairly simple, some vinyl cut address numbers for a commercial building, my experience was excellent. The staff was friendly, the service was fast and efficient, prices are fair and the end product was exactly what I expected. I will also commend Catherine for quick response to my emails, especially when I needed to place a re-order for some of the items (due to an issue on my end not theirs). I was in need of a few signs for a client of mine that was facing an inspection the very next morning. I literally spent 2hrs calling up a bunch of places like Home Depot, Osh, you name it I tried. Then as I was driving, I stopped to grab some gas and this place popped up on my Yelp. It was 5:45pm on a Thursday evening. I called them asking if they had what I needed, and this very nice lady answered the phone and told me they did. I told her that I noticed they closed at 6pm but I was about 10min away from her... She told me it wasn't a problem and that I should drive safe because she was willing to wait for me. The place was super easy to find and it's in a plaza which means easy parking. I rushed in, and she already had the signs on the counter waiting for me which I totally appreciated. It's truly a pleasure when business owners go that extra mile for their customers because now she has my business and I will make sure to send all friends and family to her. My company needed some banners and a photo display done for our booth at the Las Vegas ASD marketweek tradeshow. Signarama was able to do all our signs (vertical and horizontal banners and a cardboard photo table display) within two weeks of ordering! We had also ordered some water-proof label stickers with our company logo for some beauty product samples we had for the show. It was definitely a rush job and they gotten everything on time. We had actually messed up on our template that we had given them for one of our banners (we had a typo and forgotten to add something on our part), and when we told Ed and Julia about it, they managed to fix it for us even though they had already made and printed out our banners! If you look at our banner in the attached photo, you can see our vertical banner. The first word on the list "Elderly" was mistyped on our end but they were able to fix it for us! Overall, amazing service! I recommend them if you ever need any banners done. I will definitely consider Signarama for future tradeshow needs. I was requesting some die cut lettering / stickers and all I got from Julia is "we cannot do it" with zero explanation as to why not. I've been a graphic designer for 30 years and with some suggestions I could make adjustments to my artwork. "We cannot do it" just sends me to the parking lot to write a bad review and elsewhere for my business. read more

My last visit to this Sherman Oaks location was less than satisfactory, here's why: I was told I had to pay 100% of my order even though the person in front of me was not required to do plus even their order form front & back only require a 50% deposit with the order. I was told when I requested an explanation by Catherine "it depends on the person". Further Ed, Manager tried to snow me that there is a sign in the store. The order form is the contract & it states on 50% deposit. It is racism a very ugly thing. It has been reported to the corporate office & possibly the media. I will not tolerate it. read more

I can not say enough good things about this particular Signorama. Ed & Julia are professional, kind, and prompt! Ed in particular is extremely experienced & works with great detail. I'm in the process of making signs for a building in Canoga Park and he has taken it upon himself to give me well thought out suggestions to improve the look of the signs & my building. He even has knowledge about permits and city laws for posting signage. This is unheard of in this industry & I am so excited to see the final product. His pricing is fair and I believe worth every penny. I also ordered a banner from him for our business for a trade show & the turn around was within 48 hours!! My Company needed 3 retractible Banners and a Large Vinyl Banner done and delivered in 3 days. Each banner was custom sized and had specific requirements for a trade show. Even though it was a Holiday week, they got it done and done fast. They had great communication and let us know updated information on a constant basis. I was worried that I was not going to be able to get the banners in time, but they reassured me that the would be done in time. They even delivered the banners to my company a day earlier then that was quoted, which helped us get ready for the event. I did a lot of research and got quotes from other companies before deciding to use Signarama. Not only are they reliable, but they saved us about $100 each Banner. I stopped here to have a couple of vinyl banners made. The experience was so-so to below average. I needed the banners made asap, but they couldn't tell you when your product would be ready. At first, it when I ordered it they said no problem, it is easy to make and ready quick. It is the third day, and I still have no definite answer as to when it will be ready. If you want to order something from here that has an absolute deadline, you might want to consider a place that can deliver as promised, or least make a commitment to a delivery time. BTW, they made an error in the set-up of the first proof which was another 24 hour delay. This was a very simple banner to make. It should not take 24 hours to make the correction, and had I not called them for an update who know when they would have notified me. read more
