To begin the day we were scheduled no one showed. I called and was told our service was scheduled at 9 pm by mistake but they would get someone out when they finished another job. (This was January 14, 2026). When the crew showed up they got right to work shaping and removing trees. No complaints with that part of the service. We were told their stump grinder was broken so they would have to come back the next day to do the grinding. We had other engagements so had to put grinding off for two days. The first day the crew worked until dark since they had shown up late so clean up was minimal. When the crew of two showed up to grind the stump I let them know the clean up was unsatisfactory, and ask that they do more. After the grinding they didn't rake the lawn where the stump had been ground or use a blower. They didn't do further clean up in any other areas either. We are in our 70's, that is why we hired someone to do this job. I have spent the last month trying to clean up the mess that was left. I haven't made much of a dent yet. This job cost us $5600 and we ere promised a very good clean-up. If you want trees shaped or removed hire All Seasons. If you expect clean-up look elsewhere.
