This of course screams red flag (scam) if a company will not put something in writing and provide you an invoice for what you owe and what you are getting for your money until you pay them. Super shady and I am disappointed that I wasted my time to find out they were playing games. The definition of an invoice is what you owe for something before it is received!

We gave Keller plenty of notice so they would not load the tent, but it came anyway. We have asked repeatedly for refunds of the pieces we didn't use or was never delivered and have gotten no response at all from Ted Hargett. We won't be using this company again for our events.
