I took my granddaughters here about a month ago. Let's Pretend Parties held the reservation for me and we came during the summer after school was out. I live in another state and being able to do this helped tremendously. We had a MARVELOUS experience and although I can't remember her name, I've posted a picture of her here on this review. She did an OUTSTANDING job and made my granddaughters feel so special. I know she must do this over and over, but this time you couldn't tell and she did a wonderful job. When I say this time you couldn't tell is because our first experience was great, our second experience was pretty blah, but this one was VERY GOOD! Having a personable hostess, who makes the children feel so special is a tremendous value. The girls loved their dance, loved their Make-up, loved their tea time and very much want to go again. I'm sure we will get them another gift certificate for Christmas and look forward to bringing them for another delightful time.

I set down the envelope next to my purse while taking a photo with my friends. I didn't see it when I came back. The only people who were near my purse and the gift was the waiters walking around collecting/clearing up drinks. Be very careful with cards and gifts at this location. Addressed it with the manager early on and she said it would be fixed. Was never fixed! The food was terrible and I almost damaged my teeth on a giant bone in the steak served. Addressed it with the manager again and all she could say was, "there do be bones in meat". Told her that if they had a more thorough process that all of this could have been avoided. On top of that another guest found a giant piece of plastic in their mashed potatoes. The managers response was that the potatoes come in a plastic bag and that's why it was found in the food. She took zero responsibility and also had no customer service skills. She could have apologized for the bone in my steak or the plastic bag cutting in the mashed potatoes but she made a choice to be combative rather than show any sort of remorse. @the Olana - the manager on duty during this event was the Latina with short bleach blonde fried hair w split ends. I have to admit driving up here I was underwhelmed and then you turn the corner and see the place ( especially at night ) and are overwhelmed. Food and service was fantastic. Great wedding venue.
