When I brought it into Royal, I figured it would be cleaned and look good enough to get a fair trade in price. What I got back was, in all seriousness, a brand new Jeep!! The paint was incredible - almost buttery to the touch, interior was flawless - ALL dog hair GONE. It's actually hard to believe this all occurred in a few hours. When I went to trade it in, the dealer said "we've never seen a trade in look like that, are you sure it's not a new car?" I just laughed. They proceeded to give me MORE than what I asked for the value. When you take your ride to Royal Detail, you're getting highly attentive service, professional results and an extremely fair price. The level of service is unmatched in most of today's auto industry. Without exaggeration, Yisrael is closer to an artist than a detailer and the proof is in the results. I will without a doubt be using Royal for all my vehicles going forward.

Which is a great deal considering the last automatic place I went to charged me $12 and left a huge dirt-stripe down the center of my car. I didn't see a place to pull off to dry my car, which was a downside. But overall I was impressed with the experience. Similar to others, I was told I would have unlimited monthly washes for $21. I checked my credit card 90 days later, and I was being charged $42 per month without any type of notice or notification. They told me I signed up for a promotion, which was not true. I went there yesterday, and the gate would not open for my monthly unlimited package. I came to find out they had changed the last 2 digits of my mobile number from "36" to "40", , which does not make sense considering I had proof of a receipt text message from the business. I spent over 30 minutes at the kiosk. I came to realize they had also changed both of our License Plates by adding an extra letter at the end of both plates. Instead of a normal Colorado Plate that is XXX-XXX, they somehow had 7 digits there. Buyer beware and monitor your credit card. I'll be cancelling my service.
