Waterway is fine. For $19 you get a middle wash and it doesn't include free vacuums or towels to clean/dry off your vehicle. It is probably worth it if you buy a monthly pass. Sure they cleaned the windows and vacuumed the floor, but there was still sand/dirt in my passenger seat afterwards. On top of that, there was still trash in my door. It wasn't a lot, but still. Nice friendly team. Basic car wash in/out is $34. The wash is newer tech with multiple stages. They took the time to vacuum thoroughly, cleaned the windows well. Wiped down inside and out. Great convenience shop as well, very clean, nice selection of drinks. read more

I've gone through Waterway's express wash a few times, and for $8 and a quick 45 second hand dry, it's not a bad value. (I don't pay the extra $2 or $4 for the add on materials as I don't really notice a difference) In and out in 5 minutes with a few wet spots leftover but a relatively cleaner vehicle. However, my car was dirtier than usual, inside and out, and decided to go full service on this particular weekend, but for $24 ($29 with an overly generous tip) I'd be better off washing the extra $16 down the drain. You'd think paying over $20 at a car wash I'd, oh you know, come out with a clean car, but that's not the case here. (see exhibit A, B, and C in photos shared) I know I'm not paying for a full detail, but you'd think they would wipe down glaring patches of dirt and vacuum hair off the seats. I got the exact same thing for $24 as I get for $8, just forked over more money and wasted more time with the full service (which should probably be renamed half service). I'll still use their express lane when I need a quick rinse, but they need to step up their full service game before I would consider going that route again. read more

The exterior of my car was nice shiny they focused on dog hair, but I was surprised to see dirt on the door frame as you step in the car on both sides. The interior was not thoroughly wiped down. Absolutely love this place! Also love the fact that they have free air, unlike any other gas station around. The fact that you can get your car washed, wiped down, vacuumed, and cleaned for $50 or under is such an amazing deal! I would definitely recommend getting the unlimited package every month, seeing as most people will get their car cleaned once a month anyway. It is such a great deal. They hardly cleaned my car. I bought the inside and out cleaning service. There was still gunk stuck to the outside of my window that I ended up chipping iff with my finger nail. The inside seemed like it was barely just wiped down with a dry cloth because there were still spots that i ended up cleaning myself with a soapy sponge. Very disappointing. I've been going to Waterway for years. I liked supporting the student employees. They usually do a mediocre job, but if you point out the spots they've missed, they will always happily fix it. Today was my worst experience, and it's enough that I won't be back. The car wash snapped the antenna off of my car, and neither of the two managers offered an apology or any way to make it better. They blamed me for leaving it up. It is (was) a standard antenna, and I would have lowered had I known. There wasn't a sign or warning anywhere that said to do so. We disagree on who is responsible, so I'll speak with my feet (and this review). I won't be back, and I encourage others to take their vehicles elsewhere. You never know what else might be your fault when your car comes out of their machine damaged. read more

Don't waste your money on this utter JOKE of a supposed "car detailing" service. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have been here now (bought the blue membership) they have done a terrible job in supposedly cleaning and washing my car. I also want to mention that I have upgraded every time to a bigger package like the "protection package" and they NEVERRRRR wipe down the dash and cup are (they didn't even vacuum those areas this tIme). Every single time I have to ask them to finish the job and the last two times I've been the only female on the team is the only one that will actually re-vacuum and do touch ups. The guys stand around and count their tips, laughing and doing absolutely NOTHING! Tonight it didn't even look like they had vacuumed AT ALL and I found trash, particles and even Cheerios in my car (don't even know where they came from unless the vacuum spilled out stuff instead of vacuuming). I had to ask for the rag and wipe down the areas MYSELF while these dudes were just joking and laughing NOT working! I STILL tipped the lady 5 bucks since she at least acted like she cared somewhat. Needless to say I'm canceling my worthless blue membership. This place is a JOKE and the management is also super unprofessional. Go somewhere else if you actually want your car clean! read more

My family brought in a raised F250. 2 young men (Alex and Micah) were EXTREMELY helpful and kind. Alex let us borrow a wrench to remove the tall antenna, was very friendly, and followed our truck all the way through to ensure the vast amount of bugs on the grill came off. Micah ran and helped my dad reach down low to get a ticket at the entrance since his truck window was too high. The wash itself was VERY thorough and quick. The rest of the staff was kind, thorough, and helpful as well! We highly recommend this car wash and don't understand at all how it only has 2 stars. read more

My daughter just took my husband's truck to get it cleaned. Paid $58.00 and still had to go by a do it yourself car wash to finish vacuuming and cleaning the doors and dash. They did a terrible job. They had her in and out it 10 minutes. Yes, she should have spoken up there, but she really shouldn't of had to. Not sure if they saw a teenager and took advantage, or just didn't want to do what they are paid to do. We will not bring our cars there anymore. read more

I don't know how Google has better rating reviews than Yelp. I missed that in my research and regret coming here. This place looks like it'll be fine when you drive up, but everything from the quality of the fabric on the wash tunnel brushes to all the spots that are missed by the brushes to the crappy, old terry cloth dry rugs that they use to clean up your vehicle afterwards or horrible. I paid $20 for a rinsed off car with corners of dirt and now some new scratches thanks to their crappy terry cloth. Do not bring your car here! read more

Yes, they are so nice and friendly and offer you the chance to look at it before driving away for missed spots or touch ups, but I was in a hurry (on my lunch break) and didn't expect to have to double check my windshield after a $24 wash. I know they would be more than happy to fix it if I went back, but they close before I get off work. they do offer a 24 hour "rain guarantee"- but I'm not spending my day off driving back to get it fixed. I have been going here since it opened many years ago. They have made many changes to the wash system and supposedly " automated" the whole process including drying on all exterior washes...unless you include interior. It doesn't work, especially on pickup trucks or dark cars. In the 10 or so car washes I have had since the new system, I can say the results are not as good as before. Now, I willfully go across town now for any automated car washes. Until they bring back the hand drying teenagers who do a decent job to earn tips, I'm out. It's a shame. read more

Just paid $35 for a car wash and weak sauce interior wipe down. I pointed out specifically what I wanted cleaned. Dog slobber on my rear doors. What did they wipe down? Everything but the doors where I asked. I understand that when you have mostly 16-17 yr olds wiping cars, they get bored and lose attention to detail. If you're a blue member which means you paid around $400 for your yearly membership you get what's called the "Wheel Deal" on Tuesday's. I'm guessing the blue membership is pretty popular because every Tuesday the place is busy. . you'd think more staff would be added, and/ or they would extend the deal for two days instead of just one, unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case. It seems that I'm waiting longer than normal in the line to even get into wash area, and then my car sits in the sun and drys before it normally has anyone get to it. This visit there were 4 cars in front of me just in the waiting line and it took 50 mins from the time I pulled into the line until they waved that my car was done. Frustrating! read more

Took my Audi in, has bugs on the front which weren't even close to being taken off after paying $35 for 'Wheel Deal' (inside and out clean). VERY obnoxious manager 'Luke' told me no one would expect the bugs to come off, and I could take care of it by myself or pay for another wash. Then got rude and sarcastic because I 'wouldn't work with him'. How? You told me it was impossible and to do it myself. What a total JERK. Won't bother spending any money there again. Ive been to a lot of car wash places and this one gets top marks. Employees are friendly and attentive and the exterior wash process is better than I was expecting. My vehicle came out clean and sparkling as if I drove it off the car lot. and the towel drying gives an extra personal touch that is not offered at other express car washes. Zero solution offered. Wont be back. Car looks the same as when i brought it. 45 minutes and $25 gone... After having a chance to look at my car 20 minutes later, i changed this to 1 star. Cracked the windshield on my brand new car, refused to take care of it. Offered me COUPONS instead. Full story: I had some mud on my car from the recent rain and wet roads. I paid $25 for the service to have the exterior and interior of my car cleaned. Was welcomed by a grumpy teenager. After exiting the car wash, my tires were still COVERED in mud. They proceeded to have me me go through the car wash again. Halfway through, my windshield created a 10 inch crack. The machine stopped halfway through and we were stuck in the middle of the car wash for (not exaggerating) 15 minutes. After finally moving again, I informed the employees of the crack that occurred in their car wash while going through a second time because it didn't even clean my car the first time. After conversations with these employees and the GM, they have refused to do anything about this insanely expensive incident that happened on their grounds due to their lack of quality the first time around. Their only offer was some coupons (like anyone would want to return). It's very unfortunate and I'm insanely bummed out about the hundreds of dollars I have to spend to recover from their low-quality products and service. Do not go here. read more

We had a membership with two cars. I found it irritating that a tip was EXPECTED. I tip on quality of service and I always had to ask them to touch up. Often I would just pull up and do it myself. The straw that broke the camels back was the damage to my paint. After two months the swirling was getting ridiculous. When the scratched my interior console with no apology or attempt to fix it I was done. So membership is canceled and I guess you get what you pay for. If you truly value your vehicle don't use a cheap car wash. read more

I specifically requested to ensure bugs are cleaned off, they worked on windshield some but forgot the whole front of the car! Honestly I just go there because it's close to where I live and when I'm running late it's the closest gas station near me but the few times I've gone I've had I've had bad experiences with pumps not working and I've tried to talk things out with the manager to try to get a refund for the gas and he not he and he acted naïve to the situation, avoiding gallon the fact the I had told him that when I turned my car on there was no differential in my gas I paid double both times coming to this gas without a single acknowledgment from the direct manager, that I didn't get my guess when my roster was still showing no difference read more

I sent my son to get my Landrover discovery washed inside and had him do the top wash at $40 because I was trading my vehicle in and OMG never in my life have I seen such terrible work. It looked worse than when it went in if that is even possible. I have been here several times before and never had an issue. That trust of a good job done is gone!
