Start off by saying if you're having trouble canceling a membership call the car wash number and press 5 to talk to a live agent. Same issue that I see other reviewers having. Went for a car wash last year and was told their computers were down and we would have to come back for a comp'd car wash. Ended up somehow getting signed up for a membership. Didn't notice I was getting charged membership fees until 4 or 5 months in and have now been trying to cancel my membership and get reimbursed for going on 3 months now. I paid for an annual membership in February 2026. The onsite team could see my payment but were not able to generate the pass for me. Took my vehicle through the wash and came out with damage. The last set of brushes, just before the rinse, hit my vehicle especially hard. When I got to the dryers, the trim piece was peeled off. (See pics) Of corse the on site folks can do nothing and you have to demand them to make an insurance claim. You guessed it; after a month of waiting, insurance says it was my fault. For the price you pay these days I won't be making that mistake again. Beware. My review isn't the only one claiming damage. read more

Expensive for what you get, but very convenient location, and super nice staff. It's basically a self serve place, except the wash itself is a drive-through. You do literally everything single other step. I go here mainly to get the salt and bird droppings and other damaging muck off my paint and undercarriage. It doesn't get the car completely clean (always lots of residue left behind), but it's better than nothing. I am new to the area and haven't found a good full service car wash yet, so this one holds me over in the meantime. read more

I live closer to the Take 5 car wash near 120th and Colorado. I go out of my way to this Take 5 because of their amazing attitude and customer service. Today especially I received amazing customer service. I used one of their mat washing machines and my mat got stuck! An incident occurred within their car wash which led to damage to my vehicle. Management displayed a total lack of professionalism and courtesy by immediately telling me that the damage was not their responsibility and was God's will. When I pushed back on the religious message being unnecessary, I was told that "my life was probably very sad" and then threatened with being trespassed on the premise. Such a lovely way to treat a long time customer and member. I will take my business elsewhere. The actual car wash service is fine...no complaints there. However, don't get a fast pass tag if you are not intending to pay the monthly subscription. The first time I rolled up to the Broomfield location, the attendant sold me on the option of getting a fast pass for one month. I asked him if he could make sure I would not continue to get charged monthly and he said no problem. Guess what...he put me on the subscription plan [strike one]. When trying to cancel, the fast pass sticker that had been put on my vehicle's windshield had an unreadable RFID number, so it made it impossible to cancel the subscription on my own through their website [strike two]. After reaching out to their customer service (who did respond promptly...a plus), they assured me that the monthly subscription was cancelled and that my credit card would no longer be charged. Well, here I am...pissed off and writing an angry review the morning after my credit card was AGAIN charged for a monthly subscription[strike three]. This whole experience has reinforced my disdain for monthly service subscriptions and has certainly driven (pun intended) me away from ever going to a Take 5 car wash or oil change location again. read more

No towels to dry off your car, no dash wipes and despite all that each time I have been here my truck is not that clean. The Broomfield, CO location was always great. However, today's experience was the WORST EVER! 1. I paid with a credit card, and asked for a receipt. I was told that the receipt printer doesn't work. 2. I pulled into a vacuum station ... the hose came loose and fell from the connector on top, and the metal end almost hit my granddaughter. 3. As an annual pass holder for the past 5 years I have seen the quality of the wash, the quality of the equipment and especially the quality of the employees has gone done tremendously. The worst part is there is no management on site (or so I'm told) to even see the level of service this car wash has, which is none. In the past 2 months it has really declined. The employees don't even use the brush on the windshield. A bunch of lazy employees with no management to care. I will not renew my membership is this doesn't change soon. A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! In regard to car washes, you get what you pay for. My rating is a little low because I bought the best rated (and most expensive) wash and my car still came out dirty! The convince is nice, but the wash isn't that great. It would be nice if they sold towels for after the wash to remove the extra water droplets the dryer didn't get to. I recently stopped at the Take 5 Car Wash in Broomfield to get my vehicle washed and detailed. The wash always leaves my vehicle looking shiny and clean and I love the free vacuum and detailing products I can use afterwards. For $40 per month, it's a great value to be able to get as many washes as I want. Alexia was also able to assist me with an accidental overbill on my account. She was very helpful and understanding and it only took about 1 minute to explain the situation and have her process the refund. This car wash is terrible! Since the new ownership in the past year or so, it's just horrible. At least 3 of the vacuums are broken or do not work, there is trash everywhere. The employees seem entitled, lazy and unwilling to be of service to the customers. The kid that tells me to put my car in neutral, etc, told me last week to put my park in park, which would have damaged my car of even worse, cause terrible damage to my care or myself. I pay a monthly fee to get my car cleaned almost every week and will be cancelling that membership and seek out another place for my car care needs. Beware! read more

This car wash has gone down hill in the last year! They revamped all the vacuum's but every time I go there the vacuum I happen to pull into doesn't work! They used to have someone at the entrance with a scrub brush to get to the places the car was doesn't (front and back), then it was one person with a sprayer that didn't work very well, now there's nothing. two months ago, my wife went to this take five and they let her go through the car wash with the box on top. That did not go well. It ripped the box off the top, she repeatedly got hit from behind, and it blew the power steering hose. I know there is the sign that they don't take responsibility, but it would seem if there was a risk like that they would not soap your windshield and send you through. Despite all that, I returned this morning to clean another car. Derrick greeted me. He would prefer to sell you the monthly subscription wash for the same as a one time price. I chose the one time. $17 is expensive but they have the glass cleaner detailing spray, rags great vacuums, and the power mat washer. So, despite the expensive one time, the box being torn off my car, replacing the power steering line, and not the best customer service after the box was torn off, I still return. All because getting all that stuff out at home the same job would take me two hours instead of 25 minutes there. Not to mention the car with the involuntarily removed, box fits perfectly now. read more

It doesn't matter if I select the highest tier wash or the lowest, my car is never CLEAN. Sure, the dirt marks are washed away, but I've had to go through 3 times in one visit to get bug guts cleaned away. Even still, they weren't all gone. I'd recommend going to The Wave in Arvada, but be sure they completely clean your windows (no streaks). That's my biggest issue there. But if you're in a pinch--time or money--this place is okay. Just don't expect it to be spotless. read more

My experience with Car wash USA was ok until a couple days ago. I was being guided on this ramp that guides your car through the car wash by a associate. When I was on the ramp it sounded like something was scraping under neath my car. When I got through the exit side of the wash I noticed my rim was scraped up and the tire was not on the rim evenly compared to the other three. I talked to a associate there about it and they questioned what I said and told me I probably hit a curb getting into the place. They would not do anything about fixing my scraped up rim. Be aware of coming here as they have a list of what they don't cover if it gets damaged. read more

I like how there are free vacuums and blow off tools; however, my black car always had spots on it after a wash. I used the monthly pass for 2 months and at week 6 I started calling to cancel. I could never get anyone to answer the phone, return a voicemail or respond to text as their message says. On the last day of the month I went for a last wash. Again I was left with spots and had to wait over 10 minutes to talk to someone to cancel my membership as the First Gentleman I talked to could not. I was told at the time of cancellation, in person, that I would receive one free month of washes. Today I went to get a wash and was told there was no note on my account and it is canceled. This location is 1 of 3 that I frequent lately. As I mentioned in a previous much lengthier review (Northglenn location) there are locations spread out thru the city how many ? That I do not know, but this particular location is "ok" . Why I hit it up alot is that at this particular time it is in my path of travel after work leaving my job site. It is off a frontage road which at time makes it difficult to enter or more particularly exit due to the traffic flow unless you want to or sometimes forced to follow the frontage road for a relatively short distance, go around a dept store and head out that which can be a little frustrating at times. As far as amenities this one doesn't have as many detail stations as other locations, but they are also placed back to back so that may cause an issue because 4 of them your backed up to the line where cars are in line to be next in line to wash so it may be difficult getting back in line for a wash. The wash is ok but I did notice the drying leaves alot to be desired lots of water spots . But it is what it is. So as I've said in my previous review you just need to find one that fits your needs and location. Pricing can be justified IF you use it. Take your chances on this one , it can be hit or miss, it just depends on what your looking for. read more

I tried calling, using their online portal and emailing the company multiple times but no response was ever received. It was not until I filled a complaint with the BBB until I received a response. They seem unsympathetic and instead of owning the service breakdown, blame it on being busy because of the holiday. Terrible customer service if you can even call it that. I asked for a refund and they would not even do that. I've been going to this car wash location for about 6 years or so and today I was very disappointed in my service! Apparently they don't scrub your bumpers anymore if you pay for the basic $9 wash. I went there a month ago and they were still doing it but today I paid for the basic wash and my car came out still looking filthy as ever! I refuse to pay more than $10 for a car wash during the winter when it's just going to snow randomly a few days later but I get washes so I can see out of my filthy windows. Today was the worst service I ever received there. The attendants scrubbed the bumper of the car in front of me but not mine. My car is never dry after the car wash, so I have to hand dry it every time. No one wants to do this in the winter. The vacuums don't have much power and the nozzles fall off. A male employee was rude when I told him the dryers weren't working, and tried to say that no one else complained.
