The cupcakes were very dry, they all ended up into the trash. The dark chocolate frosting was ok, it was like whipped chocolate fudge. The mint had way too much peppermint extract with a very dry cupcake. The red velvet didn't taste anything like a red velvet cupcake. It was not a good flavor; can't even describe it The frosting tasted like I put a spoonful of powdered sugar in my mouth mixed with some shortening maybe. A tip for the owner, a simple box of powdered pudding can help with moisture.

Wow, it was so good. This stone ground Whole Wheat Lavash by Wheat Valley Bakery lasted 2 weeks in the frig. I think the package had 6 sheets, but they were so large (about 12"x17"), I cut them in half to make my quesadilla. A whole slice has 13g of carbs, no fat, 95 mg of salt, 2 g protein, so fairly healthy and in my opinion, much healthier than a tortilla. I couldn't find a place more local to me to buy this stuff. The website on the package doesn't work (wheatvalleybakery.com and wheatvalley.com). So that's why I'm posting this review.
