From the very beginning, I wasn't looking for a standard catalog door. I had a unique modern design in mind and wanted something that would become a true architectural feature of my home. I'll be completely honest because I believe reviews should help future customers. The communication during my project wasn't always what I had hoped for. After my initial measurements, several weeks went by without an update, and I eventually reached out to check on the status of my order. Since this was a custom project, I would have appreciated more proactive communication and a copy of the final approved design before fabrication. The biggest surprise came when I saw the door in raw steel before powder coating. I have to admit, I was genuinely concerned. Seeing unfinished steel in a fabrication shop is very different from looking at a rendering, and I wasn't convinced it was going to be what I had envisioned. I even questioned whether I had made the right decision. Thankfully...I was wrong. Once the door was powder coated in the beautiful dark copper vein finish and professionally installed, my entire opinion changed. The craftsmanship is excellent, the powder coating came out beautiful, and the installation crew absolutely knocked it out of the park. The door opens and closes as smooth as butter, the fit is excellent, and it completely transformed the appearance of my front entry. The installation team clearly took pride in their work, and it shows. Custom projects naturally come with a little anxiety because you don't truly see the finished product until the very end. In my case, the finished result exceeded my expectations, and I'm genuinely happy with the investment. I also appreciate Edgar reaching out after the installation to follow up. That meant a lot and gave me the opportunity to let him know how pleased I was with the finished product. To everyone involved in the fabrication, powder coating, and installation. Thank you. Matt is a vendor for ADS and is one of the main 3rd party R&D guys for them. I reached out to Matt a few months ago and told him what I was looking for in terms of the overall build for my truck. He suggested some parts and after doing a little research on my own, I decided to go with his recommendation. I live in the SF Bay Area (about an 8-9 hour drive each way) but I was planning to head into vegas for some family events anyways, combine that with the fact that the installed price from Matt was only $100 more than just purchasing the parts and shipping it to me and having to figure out how to install it myself or pay more for a shop to do it, I decided to just have him install it. I sent him a deposit and booked an installation appointment. We had a date set (last week) and he said I would have the truck back within 24 hours. So 24 hours for the complete suspension install (shocks/springs, Upper control arms, leaf pack, spindle gussets, CMC) and alignment. I told him I'd be in town all weekend so he didn't need to rush. I dropped off the truck at 8:30am on a Friday morning and he was basically done with the install (minus alignment) by 6pm that same day! I couldn't believe he was done already. I eventually grab the truck the next day and see her in all her glory. Matt did an awesome job! What struck me more than the quality of his work was his customer service. His shop is only a few minutes away from the hotels on the south end of the strip (MGM, Aria, Luxor, etc). He offered to drop me off and pick me up from the hotel, saving me a cab ride. Additionally, he sent me text messages with pictures of the truck during the day. That was totally unexpected. Lastly, he sent me a text 4 days after the install to see how the truck was riding and to make sure everything was good. Matt is a GREAT dude and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for fabrication work or off roading suspension work.

I have a 4th generation 4runner that is my semi off-road vehicle...use to transport my mountain…read morebike to bike trails in the mountain (BIG BEAR,CA and Mount Charleston, NV)...and my daily commuter vehicle from Los Angeles, CA to Las Vegas, NV. Due to the age of the vehicle....the suspension system was sagging and the Strut/shock assembly is no longer working at properly..Leaking and corroded struts.. Decided to upgrade my suspension system with a lift of no more than 1.5". After researching ...I settle on Bilstein 5100+OME 2883/2895E. This should give me a lift of .75-1.00" in the front...and 1.5" in the rear. Purchase my parts from 4wheelparts in town. 4Wheelparts wanted 600.00. and the reviews were not stellar. The three options that remains: 1. Have the work completed in Los Angeles/Orange County, CA... As I am out there for work 2 weekend a month.. 2. Nefarious Kustom 3. Rogue-Off Road. Option 1: not viable. Didnt want to haul around all that gear in the Vehicle. So that narrows it down to Nefarious or Rogue. Coin toss. Either one would do. Price at the same rate 475-500. Range. I decided on Nefarious Kustom. Their Facebook/Google reviews are awesome. Rogue-Off Road as well. Nefarious was able to get me in sooner...I so I decided on Nefarious. Joe, one of the owner, was very knowledgeable and personable. Dropped my vehicle off. Took a Lyft to work. Vehicle was done at 3:30pm. Lyft to picked up the vehicle. Upon inspection, I noticed the Engine splash shield were cut and partially removed. Wasnt sure if this was standard practice. Post my concerns on message board (love message boards)...and other members mention it was NOT standard practice. The other thing I notice was the driver side spring end tip did not meet the end of the spring seat. Off by an .75". Yes, my OCD..kicks in. Because of the designed of the spring and coil rate...I want the spring to have max contact with the spring seat. Now I am concerned. Contact Joe. Joe explained everything. Spring may have shifted after installation. The splashed shield were not removed or cut.. They simply fail apart from the age. Think dry-rot. Joe showed me a piece of the splash shield. He is absolutely correct. Very little play. So when the TECH went to remove the splash shield, they simply crumble. Joe wiling to replace them at no cost to me. OUTSTANDING. Brought my vehicle back. The technician either compressed the spring while on the vehicle..or simply removed it, compressed it off the vehicle...and turned the spring rest seat counterclockwised .75". and reinstalled it. It was done in 30 minutes. Overall, they did an outstanding job.... I would give the installation job 10/10. Would I return? Absolutely. Joe will make sure the client is satisfied with the installation job and addressed all concerns. Would I recommend this place? Absolutely. In closing... I would recommend Nefarious Kustom or Rogue Off-Road for any upgrade suspension needs. For generic replacement (MONROE), your typical independent mechanic can handle the job.
