Worst parking garage! There were no handicapped spaces on the first floor. It was poorly lit. No elevator for handicapped people! The floor had large water puddles everywhere! There was no aisle identification. It felt like a tomb in there. The only good thing was the stairs were close by so we were able to get outside quickly! If it was possible to leave zero stars for my recent trip to this parking garage I would. I requested assistance since the machine was not reading my parking ticket (I still had the ticket and there seemed to be nothing wrong with it physically). Upon contacting the person with the assistance button he kept referring to me as "bud" and stated that I must pay the $10 fee for a lost ticket because "it is your fault the ticket won't read ... our machines are pretty hearty and don't make mistakes." We asked to speak to a manager or his supervisor and he stated "I am a manager and you're on camera bud" as if I was doing something wrong by requesting assistance and not having to pay $10 for 30 minutes in the garage. Just parked for 90 minutes in this facility for $5. The stairways are rusted and had me fearful that they might break as I walked on them. Trash in the stairwell on level 2 was disgustingly overflowing. Signage is almost non-existent. To top it all off, I tried to take the elevator to the 3 rd level where I was parked and they are not working. Fortunately I was able to walk up. Others might not be as fortunate. A review from 2015 says the owners are aware of problems and working on them...it looks like they stopped and just collect money now. There was no one to speak with about the issue and no signage with numbers to contact for problems. As a visitor to town I am impressed with what the city has managed to keep downtown filled with people during the day but someone needs to address this parking garage soon before there is serious injury to someone. read more

This garage, owned by Partnership Properties does not even meet the basic and minimal garage standards such as: assurance of parking spot, making sure ceilings are not falling, the integrity of the garage construction is maintained, plowing in poor weather, salting the ramps, etc but they also go as far as to really screw over anyone needing to pause their monthly pass for family reasons. I've been a paying parking client for the last year, consistently paying my far too expensive monthly bill for a garage that does not even meet the most basic of safety standards. In an effort to give ample notice and time, I e-mailed the woman responsible for handling the monthly parking passes to inform her I'm expecting a baby in two months, wondering what the procedure is for maternity leave. To my utter surprise, she responds that if I'd like to keep my pass, I will need to pay for it as if I'm using it for the 3 months I will be out and that they do not allow freezing or any restart fee for such cases. As if the standards of maternity leave in this country are not bad enough, you have to pay $85/month during a time period that you're not even guaranteed paid time off for! Ownership recognizes that Clinton Street and Atrium garages are in disrepair with paint peeling from the ceilings and lyme baths ruining the topcoat and finish of one's vehicle(s) as often as weekly. Monthly pass holders in both garages deal with permanent damage to their cars and are told to "wash your car with vinegar" to resolve the problem. Was parking two cars in Clinton Street as monthly leaseholder and terminated both leases given multiple trips to body shop and hundreds of dollars of damage. read more

Wish I could give it 0 stars. Not only is it filthy, but it is quite literally falling apart and unsafe. Today I came out to my car to find a cinder block size piece of concrete had fallen through my rear windshield, completely shattering it.
