I was told I'd have it back by the end of the week if they had to order parts the week after I finally picked up my bike August 15, 2025 two months later scratches all over the place I now have a check engine light an ABS light, and a traction control light. and neither my fuel or volts gauges work at all, and for the new head unit and speedometer was almost $8000 and now I have a problems that I have to take it to a professional to figure out what screwed up on, because he held it at the end for so long because he was trying to figure out what he messed up. obviously didn't figure it out and just sent bike off with me to figure it out on my own. I once drove right off the highway into their lot with every engine light on, and my car was diagnosed, fixed, and ready to drive again very shortly after. I feel that the cost is reasonable compared to what I've paid other places, I am often pleasantly surprised with the total for services. Allow me to say, you all were so right. This place knocked my socks off. John is so thoughtful and thorough, he doesn't make you feel like a loser if you need to have something explained, and he's a problem solver. McKenzie, the young woman working the counter, is similarly on the job, and is equally thoughtful. For example, seeing I use a wheelchair, they made it easier for me to access the office and in a way that was matter of fact and not condescending. When I needed to return the next day for an inspection sticker, McKenzie met me outside the office while still in the van, and did the back and forth on my behalf. It might seem minor but it's so nice to have someone see and act on the "little" things that make life easier to maneuver. Bottom line: Bayberry Automotive is now my go-to garage of choice.
