We all sat on the floor with Bear surrounding him with love while photos and videos played on our TV screen and talked about our favorite times with him. Dr Dana did not rush and Bear went to sleep peacefully. She brought a stretcher in and covered him with flowers before taking him to the transport vehicle to be cremated. The Doctor who came to the house was gentle, kind and respectful. She arrived in a small car and on time. Very peaceful and nothing scary about her. My pet was euthanized with a peaceful injection by a doctor who made my pet feel comfortable and not afraid. Also relevant is the employee who scheduled the appointment was very helpful and provided much needed therapy for me as I phoned the business number to schedule an appointment. It was an emotional conversation for me and she was pleasant, professional and pleasing. I appreciate her too. I have other pets and I definitely will use Azure Holland service again when the time comes. I hope this helps somebody. It will not be fun. You and your family will feel better.

There was a two week turnaround after the vet visit because of our aggressive the tumor was. Lap of Love was able to schedule us quickly. This was July 2021 so the delta variant of COVID was happening and we were concerned we wouldn't be able to do this at our home. Fortunately, we were and we had a nice set up on our screened in back porch. There was no rush and we were able to share a few stories before it was time to say goodbye. It's not cheap. Nor should it be, you get what you pay for here and it's worth it to send your furry friends off to whatever waits on the other side of life.

I first connected with Loving Kindness to line up the inevitable for my first doggie Jelly. However, knowing the time wasn't quite right for that, with their guidance and excellent vet care, Jelly had more and better quality of life with me. Dr Dahlgren provided excellent care and was available when the going got tough, whether by text or visit and you know things always seem to happen after hours - and having Dr Dahlgren available to advise versus not knowing if a cold show up at some ER was warranted. Along with our primary vet at Betty Baugh's I am confident both Jelly and Boone got amazing care. Emma was visiting monthly and was always able to find the meds Boone needed at the mg best so I didn't have to cut pills etc and when you get a few meds going, it is very very helpful. Gail gave wonderful care with massages and Brandi was gentle and kind on the phone. Dr Dahlgren spent a complete Sunday reassuring me of how to get thru the day, from upping some anti nausea meds to a diet change. I sent pics of things I am sure she has seen before but who wants that diarrhea pic. I just love her and them. I am forever grateful.

I called 4 vets and no one could get me in and I was trying to avoid going to an emergency vet due to the expense. When I called Swift Creek the person I spoke with said they were pretty booked but that she would see what they could do for me and my dog. She came back in a couple of minutes and said they could get me if I could come in soon. I drove Buu straight there and they got us in. There was nothing serious but they gave him an injection that really helped him. He slept through the night and the next day no more vomiting. The price was a lot less than an ER vet. These people really care and they understood how important my Buu is to me! You deserve that kind of care and so does your pet! If I am ever back in Raleigh, I will find a reason to drop in!

He's recently developed some anxiety around vet visits, as a lot of pets do, but, with a little encouragement from me and the staff, he is usually able to make it through his visits and be fine. Unfortunately during our past couple appointments, the vet seemed to have very little time or patience for him, creating a stressful and unproductive experience for me and my dog. I understand that everyone has a job to do, but I'd rather take my baby somewhere with vets who are happy and willing to take the little bit of extra time to give him the care he needs and try to create a better experience for him. Sedatives are great for pets having a hard time, but I was made to feel like they wanted to sedate my pet as to not have to spend any amount of time making him feel comfortable and safe.

It was very stressful thinking about leaving her there over night until they asked me an unexpected question. "Are you going to be staying with her or going home?". They have these great little rooms with futon beds where you can your pet can sleep through the night. Is it pricey? Yes, but they're taking care of your pets when nobody else will. They also followed up after with no new exam fees. Even prescribed some new medications and threw in some beneficial food for no extra cost.
