This is one of the worst rural area Hospitals to come to here is the reason why so read this with tissues if you have them. Back in September of 2021 my father went in because he couldn't breathe to good so I took him here because it was closeby to where we live. The doctor did a bunch of blood test and covid test and it did come back positive for Covid and Pneumonia at the same time, The doctor admitted my father but here's the sad part they would never feed him, or give him any fluids or take care of so my father's health got worse about a few days later my father gained his angel wings early morning the next day. The doctor would never call around the Hospitals in the area or far away to see if they have any open beds they could transfer my dad to. We asked why the doctor never checked up on my father to see if he needed anything the nurse said she doesn't know. The doctor never called to update us at all except for us when they told my mother that my father had past, He never called us with any updates or nothing. The doctor didn't even spoke in person to my mother when she went to the Hospital to get his belongings the staff claimed the doctor was too busy? To me and only to me this Hospital needs to be addressed with better Hospital practice, manors and etc. read more

The old lady at check in with ugly gold brown hair in the front was not the nicest. Her look was as sharp as a knife after I told her NOTHING when she ask me what I was going to pay. Listen honey I know it may hurt your feelings when we say we are not paying anything today but that's just what it means. I had already spoken to someone on the phone about this whole ordeal only to be hounded once again. Maybe you should make better notes in the system. Now how adamant was she? On my way out, she ensured to have someone stop me to hand me a good faith estimate. Go sit your old ass down. I've already got one of these. Save ink! They bill us prior to even being seen. That's why there are so many sick people in the world. They get bills before even being seen. I started not to come to this facility. No wonder you have low stars. Things just don't get any better, do they? On the flip side, Jenna in imaging that did my ultrasound was fantastic. I appreciate you so very much. Triage Nurse and Nurse Practioner showed a total disregard for the patient in shutting down t h e voice of her carer.

I've had great experiences with the office and medical staff on all of my visits here. Wait times far better than Houston Medical and everyone was friendly every time. On my recent visit, three people checked with me to see if I needed anything. Yes, I was there for four hours but things were moving along the whole time (tests, X-rays, etc). I don't understand all of the bad reviews but if you have a good attitude, in my experience, you'll receive the same treatment. My only constructive comment is when I called billing with questions, they could have been more friendly but still, my questions were answered and my problem resolved. read more

Medical Center of Peach County, Navicent Heatlh is a horrible hospital. The way the staff treat patients and family members is beyond rude. My mother went there due to a possible heart attack. I went there after work to check on her and before I could even get to the counter, a blond older woman barked, "Where are you going?" After Cerberus called back to if I can go back to see my mother, I went back only to find they only allow 2 people in. So my sister or my dad had to leave. Now the rooms are quite large and no one is doing anything or could possibly be in the way. But my dad left so I could visit Mom. Upon talking with my sister, I found the blond Cerberus was nasty to her and her husband as well. Some time later, my 77 year old dad, comes back in to the room to sit. We think nothing of it. Then.... A COP CAME IN ASKING US TO STEP OUT SO HE CAN TALK TO US! A EFFFING COP! These jerks actually called cops because 3 people were in the room! Was it Cerberus? The doctor? The nurse? Who knows. Thank goodness Mom is being transferred to Macon where the staff are actually family friendly. Avoid this hospital. read more

Reaching my provider has never been an issue. I feel very connected when I am communicating with my provider's office and staff. The patient portal is user friendly too. read more

I've unfortunately been sick enough to need to visit the ER here, I was pleasantly surprised, The staff is so nice and friendly, they take good care of you. It is clean and the rooms are very nice. I would recommend coming here in the event you need Urgent care. read more

Very long wait time for ER (hours) very nonchalant and uninterested staff and Lady at front desk was aggressive. I have no personal issues or reasons to write this negative review but ive been to many ER's and this was arguably the worst or among the bottom. read more

We waited almost an hour and a half on a nurse practitioner and when she arrived she was quite rude to us and didn't even seem to care about what he was trying to explain to her. Was not impressed and definitely did not enjoy this visit; For an apparently newer hospital they were pretty slow. read more
