The office experience always has been positive with no issues so far with the office staff but when there is a issue its fixed on the spot. Dr. Al-Shroof offers quality care to his patients. Also his office has a on site blood draw to where you can do it in office instead of going to the Hospital to have it done which is quite nice. Do they have restrooms and parking spots for his patients and family of patients? Yes they do. They have very limited handicapped parking spots so please keep that in mind. Also if you need a prior authorization done for a certain medication they have staff that handles that as well in office which is nice instead of dealing with someone that handles it out of office. He also has Hospital privileges and very good bed site manners when he comes to visit and follow up with you about your health concerns or questions while your in the Hospital at that current point of time. Plenty of seating in the waiting room while waiting for your turn to see the doctor.

I have never had a doctor so caring and concerned for his patients in my life. When my father (also a patient) passed away, Dr. Franco called to check on us and give his condolences. When my husband was hospitalized with multi-organ failure and sepsis, Dr. Franco was able to access the hospital system and explain everything the team of specialists were doing. Everyone I have recommended Dr. Franco to has been extremely satisfied with his care and compassion. Like everywhere else, the office staff come and go and some are better than others. Overall, I've rarely had an issue getting what I needed from them. I think calls are returned quickly and I NEVER leave that office feeling like I didn't get what I came for. We normally go to a doctor when we're sick or injured so I can only imagine the negative reviews were from people that were at not feeling the greatest when they posted them. I developed tendonitis in both feet and it hurt really bad to walk. I finally just quit taking it. The swelling stopped within a week and within a month, the tendonitis was gone. She also told me she would add a vitamin D and B12 check to my yearly bloodwork and then didn't. When I asked her about it, she said that I would have to sign a waiver saying that I would pay for the test if my insurance didn't. I don't even have my blood drawn from her practice. I get it drawn at the Pavilion for free and then I get the results and take them to her. Each time she insists her lab tech is better and has more accurate results. Really?? We both know she doesn't make any money the way I do it. I am done with her and will never go back again. I wish I had left much, much sooner.
