She even made herself available for me to see the studio before normal business hours. It's always great to meet small business owners who truly understand the concept of exceptional customer service. The studio is brand new and clean. This is not your typical warehouse. We saw another studio which was run down, dingy and falling apart. We were very happy with the ambiance and cleanliness of the venue. The studio is easy to find and there's plenty of parking. Our instructors were Serafina, Daniella and Brianna. The three of them were amazing and everyone appreciated their nurturing demeanor. From the moment we arrived to set up, they were on top of everything. The kids attending the party ranged from 3 to 12 years of age and all had a great time. They actually learned the names of every child at the party! Congrats to June for hiring such hard working and professional young ladies. They are a tremendous reflection of your successful business model. My only suggestion would be to add more pictures to the website. It would have made our decision so much easier. John was funny, knowledgeable and a great dance teacher! He was motivating and encouraging as I learned the different dances for the first time. He also encouraged me to try out the beginner group class on Tuesdays and dance party every other Friday. Debbie was the instructor at both group events and she was welcoming and a great teacher as well. It was nice to meet the other members of the studio and all learn together! Class is rather boring, lacks in variety and she expects kids, little kids! to behave in a certain way. You better have a well-behaved, quiet child if you want to take her Zumbini class!! and I thought we were supposed to have fun and let the toddlers be toddlers! Oh, and the toys and the instruments she uses in class are dirty. Another mom shared with me that since she has been taking her child to this class, he is getting sick more often! Such a shame because zumbini can be soooo much fun if you take it with a right instructor! Well, not here.

The class sizes are small and the studio follows COVID-19 protocols. Did not we deserve a place to change for all the tuition we paid . It's ridiculous. That not a way to run your business here.
