They eventually did it, but it felt very rushed and like the bare minimum effort. I wasn't asking for extra time or anything beyond what was included. Sometimes it's the small gestures that make customers feel valued. Instead, it felt very business-focused, with no willingness to go a little above and beyond. As a parent, I was looking at it from an emotional perspective because it was my daughter's birthday, and that moment meant something to us. That disappointment instantly changed my mood. Again, nothing was outrageously bad, and nobody was rude. The venue is nice, and kids will have fun there. But the way the ending was handled left a negative impression otherwise loved birthday decor. My daughter had fun that's all it mattered at end.
