Decided to try Vibin' and instantly fell in love. She keeps the chit chat to a minimum which I appreciate although I sometimes feel bad I don't talk much. She can literally transform your hair from looking fried and frizzy to healthy and vibrant. I got an all over color job done and no part of it was patchy or uneven which was amazing. The atmosphere is very chill and homey and not overwhelming. She does exactly what you request which I also appreciate since my last stylist would literally take an hour trying to convince me that the color of auburn I wanted "wasn't my shade" even though I'm paying her to do the service and not to critique me. I just checked my credit card and they had charged $82.50 to my account. I was not notified when I called that I would be charged. I called immediately to get it rectified, only to be told that "Dave had to call me back" - within a "couple of days". I said that I had never consented to having me credit card on file. They said that, if I had ever made an appointment on line, it was on file. UPDATE: Dave just called, and was rude from the outset. He said that since I didn't give enough notice, I was charged. He was so rude and arrogant I just hung up on him. There is no notice about this fee - $82.50 folks. Lots of turnover.
