I brought in two pictures -- one to show the shape and color I wanted, and another for the design -- and he worked so hard to give me exactly what I had in mind. He checked in with me multiple times to make sure the shape was just right and even measured them carefully to ensure they matched perfectly on both hands. He was very meticulous and detailed when creating the design, and it truly shows in the final result. On top of that, he was so friendly and professional.
