Inside, the doctor asks my name ,pointed for me to sit on the bed and gave me a smile, but it didn't feel very sincere. She asked vaguely what I was there for, never gave me prices or clear options, and didn't seem confident or interested in helping. I just sat there waiting for it to be over--it was uncomfortable from start to finish. To be honest, I don't even know why they call it a "med spa." A med spa should feel clean, polished, and welcoming--this looked and felt more like a plain doctor's office or clinic. When I left, the receptionist said nothing, and neither did I. The oddest part? As soon as I got into my car, I finally received a "thank you for coming in" text--yet never got the text I actually needed earlier with the address. Overall, the lack of professionalism, warmth, and care made this a complete waste of my time. I would not come back and do not recommend this med spa.
