I didn't read reviews before I went. My hair specialist was Viktoriya. They take extra time to wash and do a massage treatment. But honestly the best part was a perfect haircut. Everything else was just really nice to have. I showed Viktoriya a picture of the cut I wanted and she duplicated it very well. And it wasn't an easy haircut. Typically when I get this haircut it take the stylist at least 1.5 hours because they struggle with the volume of hair that I have and they don't have the skills to layer, shape and texturize. Viktoriya went straight to work methodically and didn't have to waste any steps. Another surprise is that she kept my hair the length I asked for. Without fail, in the past, stylist who have done this cut made my hair much shorter than I asked for to create the style. The value was also beyond fair. Well done Level Posh Salon.

I made an appt online for a new client cut that came with a complementary hair mask. My appt was with Jade. She was fantastic! The place was clean and modern and the vibe was relaxed. I haven't been to a real hair salon in probably 10-15 years. Went to Great clips about 5 years ago for my last hair cut but I wanted to splurge and get a little pampering! Most things are charged by the hour and each stylist has a different rate based on their "level" I came with a pic of what I wanted and Jade delivered. Almost identical. And if my face was as thin and flawless as the AI version I brought in it would have been exactly the same lol. She also has these wonderfully long nails that feel amazing when she's washing your hair! She was conversational without being nosy or over talkative. As a mother of a special needs kiddo it was a much needed reprieve and she gave me the pampering I needed! Will definitely be back if I'm still in Roseville the next time I need a hair cut.

If it's not time for her to get a haircut, sometimes Carola will do a cute braid with sparkle tencel in it. Carola has always been professional, kind, caring, & gentle. I've watched her over the years cut many kids hair. I've been most impressed by her cutting the kids hair that either have special needs or are noise adverse to the clippers used on the boys. Her calmness, patience, & being able to switch to different methods when one isn't working to get a child through a haircut, is highly impressive as a nurse! I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time once before and still charged for every little thing. Then today I book an appt and I get there and my tech has just started someone else. I understand being busy but appts should be checked before starting something new, or notify the appts that you won't be started at your appt time. I work a lot and don't have a ton of free time so the lack of respect for my time is super inconsiderate especially with how much I pay every time, and recommend other people to the business, which I just did recently and now my sister has been going there. **UPDATE** in response to the below comment... that information is actually not accurate at all and actually makes it look like you are making excuses for it. Yes I arrived at 11:39 (early for my 11:45 appt) when I asked the front desk guy if my tech, who I visibly saw with my own eyes working actively on a client in the very beginning phase of a nail job, would be finished soon as my appt was at 11:45, he responded with a defensive "we are down 4 techs today" when I asked this I looked at the time at it was 11:45 exactly. I was not able to sit there for an hour as stated previously I have one day off and had other things to do. I'm not asking for special treatment, this is usually standard for an appointment. The front guy didn't even try to find out how long I would have to wait or if he would be finishing up soon (probably not considering I could see him clearly) so everything the business owner replied is actually not at all true and I don't appreciate the gaslighting.

I have been sitting in Monique's chair for 10 years. The chair has moved at least four times but I will follow her anywhere. I found her shop and walked in without an appointment to try and get my 10 year old daughters hair trimmed. No problem. As we talked, she talked me right into her chair and trimmed me up. Wow she's good. In forty years I have had only had 4 hair cutters. Monique is my last. She is passionate about her work and it shows. Her life story is amazing as well.
