Was visiting from out of town and picked this place based on Yelp reviews. It's not fancy or have any special 'vibe', but it was exactly what I was looking for... a good, basic pedicure in a clean shop at a decent price. Check, check, check! If ever in town again (and I have the free time) I'll be back. Johnny was my technician. Quick but not rushed. Friendly but not 'chatty'. Oh and the massage chair, massage the seat as well as the back- I've never been in one of those. It was nice. On 10/3/23, I went to attraction nail spa, The older lady that sits in the number one seat as soon as you enter. This lady haggle me to get more done on my pedicure, and she was rude frome the first moment of me walking in. She gave me a poor excuse for a pedicure. The younger lady gave me a poor excuse for a manicure. I would not refer anyone to this nail shop. I ended up here because the nailshop I usually go to was closed. TERRIBLE SERVICE! They are very rude and was very rough with my handling my hands. I got a manicure and receive gel polish, it started to chip after TWO DAYS!!! I called and they said I could come and get it fixed for lesser price! When I arrived I was able to get it fixed but had to pay full price again!!! That doesn't make any sense! Their products was the matter and they should responsible for it also he painted my nails very messily, there was polish all over my hands and he did not bother to clean it up! Absolutely ridiculous! Unfortunately, I can't even say I had the same experience as the young lady before me that reviews. I had the same experience as the people who said the service was horrible. It doesn't allow me to give no stars so one will do I guess. So to begin the guy who did my hair yes was polite but seemed to be rushing. He had long hair and wore a hat. I came here from out of town and asked for a Gel Refill. The prices weren't on the wall so I already knew this was about to be a game of name that price. Here are all of the things that went wrong: All of my nails were different shapes and lengths, the gel started peeling later on that night but the shop was already closed and I was going on a trip the next day before they opened. One of my nails cracked, three chipped and eventually the one that cracked broke ruining my real nails. I mentioned to him more than once that the nails were different sizes and length and he kept saying no it's fine. My appointment was on a Thursday last week by Saturday they looked like these pictures. I can't go back there to complain in person but wanted to still post so others can see that Gel Refills with them aren't always good. Really tried to give this place a chance. How can you do a terrible job AND be rude to your customers?? I was in town visiting family and decided to treat them to mani/pedis. We came in and were seated - they never asked any of us if we wanted something to drink. A very chatty man proceeded to do my dip manicure. He did a very sloppy job - didn't paint evenly, painted over the sides of my nails, and didn't apply the top coat all the way to the edge. So now I have a paint job that isn't lined up correctly with the beginning of my nail, looks frayed at the ends(imagine a really old manicure on its last legs that has started to separate from the nail at the edges and is catching your hair every time you run your fingers through it), and he painted so far over the sides that I had to file down the paint on the sides myself so my nails would go back to being nail shaped from mellon(?) shape they were when I left this dumpster fire of a nail salon. Did I mention they were rude? There was something under my nail from this sloppy paint job, and I asked him to get it. He apparently didn't understand me and proceeded to file down the side of my nail I pointed to where the object was instead. I repeatedly asked him to fix it and he filed again then made a snarky comment about how I wasn't going to have any nails left if he kept filing! I finally put my finger right in front of him as I took a minute out of this 'awesome' manicure to fish it out myself. Did I mention he wasn't the only one that was rude? In addition to all four of my party not being offered any beverages(at no point in the entire visit), I hear the woman next next to me asking why her manicure cost more than last time. The manicurist tells her that the price is more for what she's getting now, a full set. The woman says she got a full set last time. The manicurist rudely tells her that must not be the case at all. Oh, and my pedicure was subpar as well. I can cover my feet for 3 weeks, but what about my hands?! Don't waste your money here. read more

Went there for a pedicure today. He did horrible, he rushed through it, didn't get any cuticles, didn't clean up the polish, not once or twice after telling him to clean it up. I walked in and was greeted upon entry and seated as soon as I confirmed what services I wanted. I asked for the Ombré Pink and white, showed a picture and received exactly what I requested plus the nail tech offered to prettify them even more by adding glitter. The atmosphere was relaxing and they offer a variety of services from eyebrow arching, to waxing and eyelashes and pedicures, I will return for a follow up refill and more, Thank you for beautiful nails, You all made me feel special and pampered after a hard weeks work!!! read more

I am currently admiring my nails as I write this review. Dang, my nails look good!!! While driving down Airline, looking for a spot to get our nails done, Attraction Nails appeared more promising than other places we eyed. Plus, they had a decent rating on Yelp, although averaged from only from a total of three reviews. So me, along with my two girlfriends, pulled over and gave it a shot. Two other women were in the process of getting their nails done at the time we walked in without a appointment. Luckily they took us right away, setting up three pedicure chairs for us to get started. Two men were free to start working on two of our pedicures, mine included. I was awarded with Peter, and he put my faith back in men doing my nails. In the past, some men have attacked my cuticles and left me leaving with nicks and cuts out the door, so I always brace myself when a guy walks up to do my nails. Luckily, Peter didn't fall into that category. He did a great job and left me nick free! It was very relaxing and he didn't rush through either my pedicure or my manicure. *If you want a good gel color for this Holiday season, go with Gelish's "Good Gossip". It is a beautiful red, filled with sparkles, guaranteed to get you compliments! I will admit Attraction was a little pricey. $30 for my gel manicure. $30 for my pedicure. My total bill was $60. After a $13 tip (which I was able to leave on my credit card), I left paying a grand total of $73. That said, I'm writing this review a week later, and my nails look as if I got them done yesterday, and I've received numerous compliments. Did I pay more than I wanted for a manicure and pedicure? Yes, but it was worth it. I'll be back to Attraction Nail and Spa if I ever need my nails done while in Bossier City again. Thank you, Peter! I decided to give this place a try even though some of the reviews weren't that great. I went in for a pedicure and was impressed with the attention to detail and the massage chair. I went in a few days later for a full set and the guy did an amazing job. He said if there's anything I don't like or that needs to be fixed I could tell him, which is nice because some nail techs don't like you saying anything about fixing things. I will def be coming back here. read more

I went in today for the basic pedicure. I am amazed at the attention to detail and the amount of time the woman (Lee) spent on my toes. I was worried when I first walked in. The decor isn't anything to write home about. But I was greeted warmly. I brought a book because I don't like to chit chat and the lady respected that. There was a TV on, but it wasn't loud and I was able to tune it out. I spent an hour and a half in the chair: there is definitely first rate time being spent on customers here. The only thing I don't like, is that I did not witness sanitization nor were the tools she used on me taken out of plastic in front of me. That doesn't mean it isn't being done however. My technician is wearing gloves. So long as my toes don't become infected or chip tomorrow, I will be coming back. This has been the best pedicure experience I have had. read more

I got my nails and feet done for my birthday. The nail tech did a lovely job on my nails. I love when my nails are filled super close to the cuticles and she made sure my nails underneath looked smooth too! Which was exactly what I want from a professional. She was very friendly and assisted me in choosing a color and I enjoyed my conversation with her. After nails came the pedicure. I am not amazed at the over all experience with my pedicure- I would rate that part a 3. I was hoping to have super soft feet with little to no dead skin on the bottom but I was left with a decent amount of dead skin. I also have a little bit of sort of the corner of my toes. This is not my normal place I go to for a pedicure, but I was in the area and on a whim decided to stop in. I didn't know anything about this spa, I just choose it at random because it was close. I got seated right away, and the lady who worked on my feet was friendly, but spoke only broken English. Maybe that's why she never asked me what kind of pedicure I wanted. That was weird - she never asked if I wanted the basic, or a deluxe. Spas almost always try to up-sell you, but she never asked if I wanted a scent, or paraffin wax...nothing. She sat me in the chair and filled up the tub, but she never turned on the back massager. Later, when I turned it on myself, I found out why - it hurt! I don't know if the chair was broken, or just a cheap chair, but instead of a relaxing, rolling massage, all of a sudden I had these balls jamming into my back and shoulders. It felt like someone was beating me with a mallet. Needless to say, I turned the massager back off. The chair was also pulled up too close. I have long legs and I was cramped. I tried to find on the controls how to move the chair back, but I couldn't figure it out and the woman never offered to adjust the chair or asked if I was comfortable. One of the best parts of a pedicure is when they wrap your legs in warm towels. The lady brought one towel, and draped it over my legs - not wrapped, draped. She did an ok basic pedicure - I've had better - and charged me $30 dollars. So at least it was cheap. Which is a good thing because I came out feeling neither relaxed nor happy. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! There are so many other spas to choose from, why would you come here for a painful chair and mediocre service? read more

I went in late on a Friday night. They were busy and still happily accepting new walk-ins. Angel did my nails. She was friendly, fast, and did an amazing job. The shop was clean and the staff was very nice. I had a french manicure done and an eye brow wax. Both were done to perfection. I will not be going to any other salon from here on out! read more

My girlfriend and her friend were treated very badly. Her friend had fake nails put on her fingers when she said no over and over. They tried to force fake nails on my girlfriend too. Heard through a friend/coworker about Attraction Nail and Spa. I admired her nails they were Beautiful! Tried Peter out and my nails are Beautiful and he was gentle with a GREAT personality! Felt like I knew him for years. I will not go anywhere else and I will wait to see Peter if need be. The place is so clean and peaceful. They are all so professional and pleasant. First time customer here but was very pleased. I did have to wait awhile since they were busy and I was a walk in, but once I got started I was done quickly. I got a colored gel manicure, and it was well done for my small and short nails. The guy that did the manicure also kept a conversation going so it didn't seem to take very long. Overall, I got the color I wanted and felt well treated. The only complaint was waiting- but that helps me know they're good. Will definitely go back. read more

I don't usually do the girly thing and get my nails done, but decided as a treat to myself to stop in and get a manicure and I must say my nails look fantastic! I only had a short wait before I was taken back to get my nails done. My Manicurist, Nate was excellent and a hoot to talk to, he had me in stitches telling me about his adventures. I went to have a manicure and pedicure . The pedicure was wonderful, I would give Scott a 5 , He took his time and did a great job!!! But as for the manicure that's a different story. I used to only go to Atteaction Nails, but I will not return. This morning I arrived at 10:10 am for a gel manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. I picked my color, and they put me in the pedi chair at 10:15, I sat patiently reading my book while they worked on the lady next to me. At 11:00 he tells me that someone else will be with me after they finish with someone else and proceeds to start working on someone else, at this point I've had my feet in the water for 45 minutes. I feel that is very unprofessional, even if she had an 11:00 appointment, don't leave me in the water for another 15 minutes waiting for someone else to get finished. Go ahead and start the person that has been in the water for 45 minutes, waiting patiently. It would not have hurt her to wait until someone finished to start her. I had other things to do as well, my time is important too. Now I'll be taking my money and my business somewhere else. And I always recommended this place to others, but no longer will I spread a good word for this business. I would rather pay more somewhere else, than be mistreated for cheaper! read more

I went into this nail salon on a Saturday morning for gel polish(I've had gel polish before-- it's not my first rodeo) by Tuesday 7 out of 10 of them were lifting off my nail bed. I went back in Wednesday morning and asked for it to be redone. The man, who spent almost 2 hours doing them the 1st time suddenly fast tracked my nails being fixed and was done in less than an hour. By 9PM that night my thumb nail had lifted. I went back in Thursday morning & requested a refund. I knew what the issue was, the man did a poor job at getting the excess gel from around my nail. When I went through my normal daily routines, that excess was coming off my skin thus making the gel lift off my nail. The owner advised me she wouldn't give me a refund because they had done it twice so I got what I paid for and the issue was my nail not being suitable for gel. Again, I've gotten gel before & my nails were suitable those times. 5 days, 1 trip to get the gel nails on, a second trip to have it fixed, a 3rd trip to ask for a refund and was told no because 2 terrible nail jobs that lasted a total of 5 days was an acceptable job done for the $30 I paid! DO NOT GO HERE! What a poor display of customer service. read more
