This has been by far the worst experience I've ever had. I do not recommend anyone to use Big Brother Bail Bond, who also uses the agency Atwater Bail Bond Back in December, I used them to bond my son out of jail his bond was $10,000. I only had $500 at the time, so I was asked to use my car as collateral for the remaining $500, with the understanding I would get my title back once paid. Soon after, I had to use them again for two additional $5,000 bonds. What seemed fair quickly turned into a nightmare. They placed a lien on my car and, nearly a month later, repossessed it claiming I was behind on payments. When I called, I was told to speak with the owner, Andrew Hess, who was extremely rude and accused me of ignoring calls and being disrespectful--claims that are completely out of my character. He later realized he had me confused with someone else. He told me I had to pay $500 to get my car back ($400 towing, $100 toward the balance). When I went to the tow yard, I was told there were no towing fees and that the full $500 went directly to Andrew Hess at Big Brother Bail Bond After getting my car back, I requested proof I was delinquent. Days later, I received paperwork with a forged signature. When I questioned it, Andrew became aggressive, yelled, and called me a liar. Weeks later, my car was totaled in an accident caused by another driver. I informed Andrew, of this matter he placed a lien on my title and contacted my insurance company demanding $20,972.00 This makes no sense--I paid the full 10%, one charge was dropped reducing the total to $15,000, and I've paid $2,000 overall, This amount he's requesting is higher than the ten percent owed for the bond how can this be. My son has not missed any court dates. Before verifying that I made the last installment payment to satisfy the entire ten percent of the bond Andrew showed up at my home with two men, walking through my yard. When I asked why he was there, he said it was to speak to my son. After confirming payment had been made, he said, "well son of a b**** you did pay," and left I feel this should have been verified before coming to my home This entire situation has been overwhelming, stressful, and completely unacceptable. I feel taken advantage of and misled throughout this entire process. Please be cautious before doing business with this company. read more

Do NOT use Flowers for anything. They quoted $150 to pick up a shell (I clearly expressed exactly…read morewhat they were getting). They confirmed the quote with a scheduled pickup time the following day. When they were 30 mins late for the pickup I called and they said they were confirming ETA with the driver. When I called 45 mins later (they never called me back and it was now 75 mins late on the scheduled pickup time) they said they would only pay $100. The driver arrived 30 mins later with a trailer rather than a flatbed wrecker (to pick up a shell off the ground). The driver did what he could to drag the shell onto the trailer and ended up breaking a winch cable which in turn shattered his back window across my driveway, sidewalk, and front yard. I then had to spend over 30 mins cleaning glass from my yard. I contacted management at Flowers to offer the opportunity to be professional and remedy the issue (all I asked was that they pay the originally quoted price) and was told that since they now have to replace his window they are unwilling to pay anything more for the car and the work and time spent cleaning up the mess made. This is the second time I've had them pay less than quoted and arrive late for a pickup time. Management was incredibly unprofessional when presented with an issue AND offered a reasonable resolution. A lot of things went wrong with this transaction and they had no interest in being professional when it came time to make it right. I had one bad experience l, gave them a second chance, and then gave them a reasonable opportunity to make it right and they were anything but professional. I will NEVER use Flowers again and would recommend anyone else avoid them as well.
