They determined we had bats and explained the process in detail. We went ahead and accepted them to take care of it. Everything seemed to go OK and we stopped hearing noises. Anyway about a month goes by and we started seeing bed bugs. Obviously we are freaking out!!!! We had Orkin come and we explained our situation. They took a bug back and determined it was actually bat bugs. Not once did Mr Bowers mention these to us. They live off the bats and once the bats left flooded into the house. Strike one. We hired them again when we had a chipmunk getting into the car and destroying things. They caught everything BUT a chipmunk. In fact I was rather upset that we called to have him come pick up a squirrel and it took him THREE DAYS TO COME AND PICK IT UP (obviously it died) we moved it out of the sun but it didn't help.This was all over $300 btw!! I eventually got it with a rat snap trap. Strike two. Fast forward to this last year. I'm mowing and find a weird piece of flashing in the yard. We started hearing all sorts of CRAZY and scary thumps and scratching. We obviously hired a different company to look into it. So Bowers used cheap flashing and left edges exposed so raccoons ripped it off, invaded and the bats came back as well. The repairs the new company did were quality materials and they even found areas that other bats had gotten into that Bowers missed. Strike three. Out. Anyway we spent over $1000 with Bowers and got basically nothing for it (live and learn). Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere..

After several years of tunneling around my house I contacted David. He told me the process and pricing to eliminate my "buddy ". Soon after setting a trap my ordeal was eliminated. Next we're spiders on the front of my garage. They were big and making a mess of my siding. David sent his son who specializes in bugs. After 2 visits my spider problem was gone. Fast forward to my recent experience with skunks. My wife smelled several instances of skunk odor. We thought it may be a road kill. Our rat terriers started hunting all over our deck. We noticed an entry point near the deck and called David. He came out and said based on the hole it was a skunk. He setup a capture cage and the next day it had captured a baby skunk. As David was loading the baby in his truck, my wife saw "momma" on the deck. She was pissed and David felt he needed to get his gun. He only uses it as a last resort. He is also licensed to use it. Needless to say "mom" went back under our deck. David advised us not to let our rat terrier hunters in the yard until momma was eliminated. He set up another trap and this morning momma was in the cage safe and sound. David arrived soon after my call call and my terriers can enjoy their domain. I did talk to David about a very negative review that has been posted on every possible site. The reviewer would not listen to a person that has 30+ years experience. Bottom line listen to the expert who knows his job. In our case we were charge a single trap fee which is good for a full year and a per price charge for each animal.
