She showed Ron and instead of saying, "oh yeah, we can fix that" and taking my money, they told me the repair would be expensive and no guarantee it would work. They apologized but to me no need, I appreciate the honesty and will go back for sure. They cleaned my wedding ring for free which was nice. My son had dropped off his chain to get it repaired and he had initially given him an estimate that I thought was reasonable but when he went to drop it off and the jeweler inspected it he was told that it needed more repair then initially quoted for. My son left it with him and called me and told me the new price which was more than double then original quote. I understand if that was his price but I thought it was too expensive so I told my son I was going to pick it up. I went into the shop to pick it up and the jeweler asked me why I wasn't wanting to repair. I told him that I thought it was too expensive and he said "well you know it's two repairs that I have to do". I said, " yes I am aware of the two welding spot that you would have done however I believe it's to expensive". And he responded, " Im not going to argue with you", and rudely dropped the small package which the necklace was placed on the counter for me to pick it up. He was the one that asked me why I wasn't going forward with the repair! I had no intention of arguing with the man! Horrible customer service and felt totally uncomfortable and disrespected. Not a place I will ever intent to do business with. God help the man stay in business with that attitude. read more

The work they did on my jewelry was great. I got my jade bracelet resized. But their customer service is horrible! I went in with my mom to pick up my order and the man in charge was helping someone so I was willing to wait for him to help. His daughter said she could help me and he let her. She didn't know how to open the bracelet and I didn't either (and I told him before I couldn't wear it because it was too big and it wouldn't latch) since it was latched he obviously fixed that too. Anyways, she handed me the bracelet and I took the side part off and then a little gold piece came off. When we showed him I could tell he got frustrated and he basically blamed me for it. He said he could fix it but I could tell he was upset. I have anxiety so that really triggered me, it made me feel dumb and like it was really my fault. I came back to pick it up and right away he mentioned how his daughter didn't hand the bracelet to me, she walked away to get an envelope and came back and it was broken and that I should've waited for instruction. We then told him she did hand it to me but that's not what mattered, what I didn't like was that he tried blaming me for it when it was a simple mistake. He then said we were calling his daughter a liar and this and that. He showed me how to open the bracelet and started talking to me really slow like if I was stupid which was really aggravating. I did not like how he was handling this situation, I've never dealt with anyone like this. And as we were going back and forth he was shaking like if I was going to hurt him or something, (mind you I'm 4'10) and then I said it doesn't matter anymore let's just drop it can we please finish this transaction. Another customer walks in and the owner is writing up my receipt. He then brings up his daughter again after I said to drop it, he then says he can pull up the tapes so he can prove she didn't hand me the bracelet which I thought was extremely rude and unprofessional since there was another customer in there but I know that's why he was trying to do that. I said no you don't need to do all that can you please just hurry up with this so I can leave I really want to get out of here because at this point I was having so much anxiety and frustration with this man. Then his wife mentions how she has a bracelet just like mine at home and my mom told her then he really should have left a note saying he will deal with this customer since he knew the latch was tricky in the first place, that's his fault for letting your daughter help when it should've been him. And they both stayed quiet. If his daughter tried opening it and it broke would he have reacted the same way? And it had nothing to do with his daughter he just made it about her. All I cared about was the fact that he blamed me when it was a simple accident and he obviously was able to fix it. He charged me extra for it and I am thankful he took $30 off the new charge but I will never do business here again because he does not know how to handle these situations and triggered my anxiety so badly. And I honestly feel it had to do with my race, if I was white would he still have been upset and try blaming me? I doubt it. read more

I took in a ring to be sized and he honestly told me that if he sized it the ring would not be the same because of the type of finish on it. He has a great selection of beautiful jewelry.
