He was very friendly and understood what I wanted. He gave me a two day window. Nope, he literally called the next day telling me my watch was ready. It is literally crystal clear, I couldn't be happier. Very reasonably priced, fast, efficient, professional. I'll definitely be back with a few other watches that could use some attention. So glad to have found him.

He found a new quartz movement, and replaced it, at a very reasonable price. Now this Movado watch works. Movado, official site, does not sell the quartz movement. Next time, a watch needs a battery replacement work, I will bring it to Francisco.

I also brought in a ring to be resized but they were honest in telling me that I was better off sending it back to the jeweler who created the ring (pictured) because the setting was loose and they did not want to risk breaking the stone when resizing because the band was so thin. They took pictures and my measured my true ring size for me to provide to my jeweler in NY all for free and just to be helpful. I will definitely go to them for all my jewelry needs.
