Of course I didn't know there fitting room procedures so I asked the girl (Adriana or Ariana, whatever her name was) if I hang up the clothes on the little stand and off the bat her demeanor was so off with me. From the moment I went to the fitting rooms and came out, she was just not friendly. I even asked when I came out if I put the clothes back on the rack for her to count and still had a nasty tone with me. I work in retail too and it's not that hard to put on a customer service tone even if it's fake. pls do better
