Context: When my father passed, he left behind a house (in Tracy) packed with 30 years of collecting cookware, books, art, records, telescopes, camping gear, and clothes. He also left behind 3 storage units. I had spent a couple of months trying to make sense of things, and then realized I wasn't making progress on my own. James responded within a day to my initial inquiry, and then toured my dad's property and advised there was so much stuff that we should probably do 2 separate estate sales. From the beginning, he was transparent about his process and professional. Once preparation started, his team came in quickly to sort and display SO much stuff, and priced it to move while also maximizing the value of items sold. Things were priced as small knick knacks up to thousand dollars+ telescopes and stereo equipment. I really appreciated the time the team took to look up these specialty items so they could get their fair value while still being sold within the time of the estate sale. Some other nice touches: I gave James his own codes for entry and arming/disarming the house, which allowed him to self-manage estate sale prep. He always made it clear when his team was to be expected on site. James consistently checked in with me about anything he had questions about (e.g. what to do about items that probably wouldn't sell due to damage, or if I was okay doing a second day.) His team took the time to set aside any personal items that I hadn't yet uncovered within the boxes in my dad's house. It's also clear that EoA's marketing system works really well, as I heard from a neighbor there was a line down the block to get in. After the sales, I worked with EoA to finish clearing out my dad's house to prepare it for sale. They left the house spotless, and even took the time to lay out missing closet doors that had been uncovered. I can't recommend working with James and his team enough. I was able to reclaim my life and also made enough money to put towards my kids' college fund.

im not usually one to do this. write bad reviews and all. i like to believe that people will be…read morereasonable. that they will be understanding. two odd weeks ago, i had decidedly chosen to get my rings sized. i was only wearing 1 at the time, since many were too big, or misshapen and needed fixing. i had put it off for a long time but now felt like a good time. i picked yonans bc along w the one i was wearing and the misshapen ring, both had been purchased from there, years back, by my mother. ik i was asking a lot, or rather that the amount of work that i was asking was, a lot (considering the other three rings that were being tweaked and sized). all of this is to say i had the smallest frame of reference in time to discover that the rings did not fit well when getting them returned to me. they were done so fast, i worked all week and couldn't make it myself during their business hours and had a friend pick up the order for me. like i said, the time between having them back, and two falling off, was razor thin. i had no time or rather did not possess the opportunity to return them for proper fitting--they were already gone, missing forever, within a day of having them back. i wouldn't trust these people with your jewelry; it's not in their skill set. this was mainly a basic job about sizing that they got so wrong the first time. they also refused to listen to me, lacked empathy, and wouldn't not take responsibility. i owned that ring for over 10 years and it came with me on birthdays and an international trip my passed gpa took me to, it was with me through college and graduation, through barely getting by to starting my career. i immensely loved that ring. that pretty, inexpensive, black hills gold one that my mother once bought me in 2014 for my golden birthday. rip, it meant everything to wear it.

He was very friendly and understood what I wanted. He gave me a two day window. Nope, he literally called the next day telling me my watch was ready. It is literally crystal clear, I couldn't be happier. Very reasonably priced, fast, efficient, professional. I'll definitely be back with a few other watches that could use some attention. So glad to have found him.

I brought in a watch for a battery replacement. They were able to replace it with no problem. The issue I had with this watch is that I ordered it from the shopping network. I learned that you have to send it back to the company with a 28$ money order. I don't have to do that now. They do great work here and I will continue coming back. read more

Instead of making me come back as I was headed to Livermore, he expertly measured my wrist, removed the proper number of links, and had me back on my way in less than 30 minutes. He explained that it was a complicated job and apologized for the delay. He said he made others wait to be sure I had my grad gift ready to wear. It fits EXACTLY the way the manufacturer recommended with slight play. I loved the service. I only needed the watch band adjusted but the customer service this time was as great as it was years and yeats ago when I bought a Swiss Army watch from them. I will never go anywhere else. PS...I had no idea Vintage Faire mall was as nice as it is today. I though covid decimated it and I was glad to be wrong. It was unbelievably nice and a great variety of stores and food options.
