Nice coffee shop located in the heart of Towson in Kenilworth shopping center. You can dine inside or use the drive-through. It's very convenient. I order the delicious coffee and sandwich with sweet potato and hummus. It was unbelievable. you need to try it

Atwater's is such a great place to grab a quick, chill bite for lunch with a friend! I love the tofu bahn mi sandwich so much- it is so flavorful and fresh. It doesn't look like much but it's super filling. The honey lavender oat latte is also divineeeee. The food comes out super quick even when it's super busy! I love how packed it is even on weekdays off hours! Shows how great their food and service is. The outdoor seating and drive thru options are also convenient.

Stopped here yesterday after a near by doctor's appointment. Parking was pretty easy. I wasn't expecting it to be so small and tight. The service was welcoming and friendly. It was definitely crowded inside and a little noisy because everyone seemed to be sitting so close. I ordered a grilled cheese with bacon which came with sliced apples. The grilled cheese was a little greasy.. I also grabbed a apple cider. My order was prepared pretty quickly considering it was pretty busy. I decided to eat in my car because it was no seating left inside. I enjoyed my grilled cheese with bacon. It was very tasty and the sliced apples went well with it. The apple cider was refreshing as well. This was a good and satisfying choice for me.

    Iced Mocha Latte

To start off, every time I've been to Atwater's (this specific location), it's always been super packed with people. They must be doing something right! I personally couldn't sense a vibe that would make me sit down to eat here-- hence one star off. But I must say, they have the best coffee in the area. I usually order an iced mocha latte or last time, I got a seasonal drink (pumpkin spice latte & they have real pumpkin bits in it!). The coffee is never watered down nor too strong that I can't finish it. It has the perfect amount of sweetest and honestly feels refreshing. If you're ever in the area to get a coffee, try this place. This will be worth your time! Plus side, they have a ton of cute jams and muffins near the front.

I was in the mood for a light lunch and after some deliberation, I decided on Atwater's. They have soups, salads, sandwiches, pastries and a few other small breakfast items. They had a drive through which was very convenient especially because the parking lot it is located in is very chaotic and it can be quite difficult to find a spot. I was also in a bit of a rush so this was perfect. I ended up ordering the chicken bacon and avocado sandwich and adding on their feta spread. The chicken breast was a little dry, I don't think I would have enjoyed it on it's own. However, the components of the sandwich worked really well together. The addition of the feta really elevated the sandwich, it was creamy, salty and really made up for the dryness of the chicken. The avocado and arugula tasted really fresh and the sandwich comes on a brioche roll which was perfectly soft. It's important to note that all of their breads are made in house which definitely added to the freshness of the sandwich. My only criticisms would be that the drive through was slightly slow, the chicken breast was over cooked, and it was a little pricey for what you receive. However, overall, this was the perfect place for a quick lunch made with fresh ingredients. I would give it a 3.5 if I could.

My favorite favorite favorite. Cozy atmosphere. Delicious seasonal menu. The best almond milk latte that ever existed. Friendly and quick service. My number one go to for some calm self care!!

This was our first visit here, and we decided to stop in for lunch. Parking was brutal on Saturday, but we managed to squeeze into a spot nearby. This place is very small on the inside and has limited seating. The menus are available at the counter as well as near the front entrance. After glancing at the menu, I ordered a bowl of gumbo and a bacon and grilled cheese sandwich, which came with a side of sliced apples. Hubby ordered the country breakfast meal. Along with our meal, I ordered an iced tea that was sweetened with some sweetner, and hubby had coffee. We were able to find seating and enjoy our beverages while waiting for our meals. The food was good. Hubby said he was still hungry after his meal. He felt that for the price, the meal could be more filling.

Yummy!! Tried their chicken salad sandwich and iced americano today! Both were great :) Service was again pretty fast despite it being so busy. It's a bit harder to get seating around lunch time so keep that in mind.

Last were some tacos: corn tortillas with a ground beef, griddled potatoes, mushrooms, peppers and cheese topped with some gravy. Everyone who loves breakfast needs to get here IMMEDIATELY! We ordered the "do you dare" and received 3 items that were flawless. Perfect flavor profiles, perfect cooks, and we could not come up with one thing a dish needed. We ate the following (newest photos at end) French toast smash burger (no bacon): 15/10 French toast soft interior, crispy out. Smash burgers seasoned well and juicy. Hash brown just right. Nothing needed. Cheesesteak potato pancake tacos: 15/10-steak and potatoes seasoned perfectly. Pancake had crispy edges but still fluffy, sauce added a little kick. Nothing needed. Strawberry Mascarpone wafer French toast: 15/10-The PERFECT "I want something sweet" choice without indulging in cereal or ice cream. The strawberry and light cream were heavenly. French toast had cinnamon, crispy edges and was remarkable. We will be coming monthly to try any new items and concoctions Glen will whip up. Home fries were crisp and seasoned. Perfect for 2 kids to share The Wild West: 10/10 very fresh ingredients, good flavor and portion. Recommend. The Washington Ave: 10/10- I added Feta instead of cheddar and that sent things over. Huge sandwich. Flavor packed. Might want a little more sauce. We were lucky to get a table for four at 11am on Saturday! Their menu offered creative versions of many classics: $22 Shrimp & Grits of medium-spicy shrimp & Andouille, cheesy-cheddar-grits, and a balanced savory trio of onion, shallots, and chives. Marvellous! Their generous $15 Avocado Toast: sculpted creamy Hass Avocado over bright arugula greens, next to fresh sourdough crunchy toast, with a dish of heirloom cherry tomato awakened with a tangy marinade. Art you can eat, at a nice price. A lovely $20.50 stack of Classic French Toast was chunky powdered sugar over perfectly grilled eggy syrupy brioche under a mound of light whipped-butter, with flavorful soft peach chunks and a large fresh mint leaf. It certainly was delicious! We had $19 light fluffy scrambled eggs over fresh greens and halved cherry tomatoes, with sausage links, over avocado-spread toast. Another delight. It was a calm, refreshing, relaxing brunch. I will say the price seemed a bit high, but it was worth it for the splendid experience among a cheerful, full, room and patio. Happy Mother's Day!

The area near the front window almost feels like a private table. It was definitely giving a great vibe. We checked the menu prior to picking this place and they had EXACTLY what I wanted. I had a big ole brunch of their Grand Marnier Strawberry French Toast which was a three stack of THICCCCC cut Texas bread. It was better than I hoped for! And I brought at least half of it home, because ole greedy butt over here also got the platter with the home fries (I asked for onions and got this caramelized onion topping that was almost a jam. Yummm), the bacon and the eggs your way (scrambled with cheese). My companion had this big ole omelette with a lot of veggies and shared my french toast. The sauce they served with the home fries was sooooo good - it was almost like Heinz 57 sauce but with less of a vinegary bite. The jam that came for my English Muffin was delicious and praise GOD they served butter that wasn't ice cold and unspreadable so yeah hella points for that. For the mimosas, we did the "buy the carafe and the bottle", with a carafe of cranberry juice and a bottle of Cava Prosecco. I loved that we were able to select WHICH bubbles we wanted and for two people it worked out very well price wise. The host (tall guy with a mohawk) and our server (Robyn) were absolutely fantastic. Personable and friendly and very attentive, very much able to answer any questions we had (THANK YOU ROBYN!!!). In short - this place is a gem and yall should go! Be mindful of the parking in the area, but dont let that stop you from a delicious meal in a lovely setting!!

I love its vibe - casual, homey, a little eclectic. The service was also very good. I had a Bloody Mary and their Hangover Hash (fried chicken livers, two eggs sunny side up, home fries, pork sausage gravy, really hot sauce). The Bloody Mary was classic, and I enjoyed it. My meal on the other hand was so-so. The gravy had good flavor, and I thought the home fries were well cooked as well. But the chicken livers were way overcooked for me (they had that chalky texture they get when they're overcooked), which always makes me sad (chicken livers are one of those things that are great when cooked properly but pretty awful when cooked poorly). Just based on the cook on the chicken livers, I would not order the dish again, but I also didn't get the hot sauce at all, and the dish really could have used some acid/brightness since it's a heavy dish. Everyone else enjoyed their meal. I ordered something a bit riskier, and it didn't pay off, but the other dishes seemed hits with my husband and friends. I did enjoy that their menu has some less common brunch items on it! It's not just the same dishes you can get on every brunch menu in the city: duck benedict, shrimp and grits, scrapple benedict, pickle brined fried chicken sandwich... Overall, it's a brunch spot with some traditional, homey charm and a more interesting menu than the average brunch spot. I'd definitely be willing to return and try something else if I'm in the area.
