I scheduled an appointment and specified that it was for a WEDDING (aka- the groom's attire). When we arrive we were told that we have top priority and the next available associate would help us. Eventually we find our associate, but she was annoyed because she said she called out for us multiple times, but we were standing beside her the entire time and had no idea what she was doing. I explain what we're looking for and she looks at me as if I've grown three heads. I pull out pictures of some jackets we were looking at and she again... just looks at me. The ENTIRE appointment, she looked at us as if we were speaking another language. All we needed was a jacket. She then tells us "Well honestly, we only care about prom during this time of year. But you can look online and I'll order whatever you want." Why did I schedule an appointment to be told I could look online??? I could've done that at home! Lastly, she tried to hand me her tablet and told me to look at things I liked, we decided to leave try different stores. Service is unbearably awkward, unprofessional, and the store is pathetically stocked.

It would be so much better but…read more... you literally get in the line and it doesn't matter if there's one person or 25 people in line, every time you have to literally plan on waiting like 15 minutes in the line because they don't bring up any more cashiers to help check people out. A lot of times there's even employees just hanging around the front on their phones. Like what in the world? And there are literally eight cashier stations and every single time that I have come to this place (and keep in mind I live very close by so I come fairly often) and every time there's only one cashier station being used....     On 10/9 I went to Burlington and brought $47.59 worth of merchandise and when the cashier which was…read morevery nice gave me my change back she didn't give me the exact change back and when I got home my money was still wrapped in the receipt she gave me and I counted it which was $32.41 she had short changed me $20 so I called and Aubrey the manager told me to come back when I got there it was another manager which told me they had to watch the cameras and to leave my name and number which I did and so the next day around lunchtime I called Aubrey answered again and I asked her if they watch the video she said yes I have your money you can come get it I get off at 3:30 so I went again she walked out and said I can't give you your money they watched the video and she gave it to you I'm like No let me see the video she showed me now keep in mind this video is clear perfect and you can see that she didn't give me all my money and I pointed it out to her. Then she said I can't do anything about it sorry I'm like are you serious can I have the corporate number she gave me 609-387-7800 and the lady told me she couldn't do anything for me to call back and ask for a manger higher then her and so I called back Aubrey told me she couldn't give me that name per policy or her number so I asked her what time do she come in so I can talk to her she said I can't tell you that either per policy which she gave me another number which is the same number just different. So I called back she then continued to hang up on me while laughing in the background i called 6 times which I have the screenshots of the call then I called her from my other phone she then answered saying Hello I said why are you playing and hanging up now I'm pissed off because your playing games. All this over $20 that they could have just giving me back. Aubrey needs to be demoted from being a manger because you don't do that to paying customers this is bad customer service something needs to be done and I need my money back. I feel like this is not the first time they been stealing money from customers. This is definitely stealing .if someone would've been stealing from this company actions would be taking.

We were kind of embarrassed to be honest because we couldn't afford much. But thank the Lord some wise person hired Natasha. She was so helpful from the moment we walked in and went around the store looking for a tie and handkerchief to match our colors. She didn't judge us or make us feel bad that we couldn't afford anything else and offered to give us half off the tie. What a blessing this girl is! I would give this place 5 stars if it weren't so high priced. Beautiful suits and clothes here and everything is well organized and even in order by color. Their colognes smell amazing! At the end of our purchase I asked how we could get the wrinkles out of the handkerchief and Natasha said she would steam it AND fold it for us before we left- free of charge! My fiancé and I looked at each other and were so happy. She even folded it for us and taped it in place. Planning a wedding is already stressful enough but thanks to people like Natasha we left so relieved and had another thing checked off the to-do list. 2 thumbs up for this girl.

I went to the store on December 9th, to buy a suit for a ceremony, left after 15 minutes. There were three employees on the showroom floor, only one was with a customer, the other two just watched me walk around looking aimlessly for a suit. I used to work in a retail store, and approaching the customer and making sure they were taken care of was our #1 priority. Not one of them asked me how I was doing or offered to help me find anything. I understand I may look like a young adult who can't afford a $1000 suit, but that's no way to treat a customer. There I warned you.

    How do I even start? This place is irredeemable, please if you are a kind person walking in here…read moreand are an empath. You will find the loneliest group of little girls working here. They are not nice at all, including the store manager ,who probably hired them because they are just like her. It's soooo soooo sad. I feel sorry for the youth that work here. They are extremely critical of everything and everyone. She then commented that they probably wouldn't fit and that I should leave them on the hangers . Then she said that they don't have any bigger sizes and then rolled her eyes and walked away. I took in women's dress pants, cotton slacks, capris. When I went in to pick up my items (approximately 50 items and all returned to me) I was told they do not accept formal wear. I stated there was no formal wear and questioned what were they considering formal wear. I finally was able to figure out they meant dress pants. I also inquired about why not my jeans and was told no colored jeans r capris.Why didn't they tell me this in the beginning when I made a special trip into the store to inquire before I took in items? All items were taken off the hangers from the dry cleaners and folded neatly but when I received them back they were all wadded up in my baskets. Most horrible experience I have ever encountered! I know lots of people in this community and a lot of surrounding communities and plan to tell everyone I know to NEVER, EVER do business with them!!! My hope is they go out of business for being so ignorant not knowing professional women wear dress pants for office attire or for church.
