Very unfortunate service and we will definitely never even entertain the thought of using this business again. I scheduled an appointment and specified that it was for a WEDDING (aka- the groom's attire). When we arrive we were told that we have top priority and the next available associate would help us. Eventually we find our associate, but she was annoyed because she said she called out for us multiple times, but we were standing beside her the entire time and had no idea what she was doing. I explain what we're looking for and she looks at me as if I've grown three heads. I pull out pictures of some jackets we were looking at and she again... just looks at me. The ENTIRE appointment, she looked at us as if we were speaking another language. All we needed was a jacket. She then tells us "Well honestly, we only care about prom during this time of year. But you can look online and I'll order whatever you want." Why did I schedule an appointment to be told I could look online??? I could've done that at home! Lastly, she tried to hand me her tablet and told me to look at things I liked, we decided to leave try different stores. My goodness...I don't want to be the bad guy here, but come on...just simple basic customer service and a attitude anything other than pessimistic would be helpful-ESPECIALLY when it comes from a manager. I bought a suit to try and it turns out it's not the right fit so I went to turn it back in. I had spoke with the manager two days prior Robert who had said as long as the suit had not been "altered" I'm any way o could return it. Came in two days later and spoke with James the asst manager and he denied the return. This is the painful part, I was actually going to get another suit for an event next month FROM them. That's torched now. Do they care? #NOPE and you know why? It doesn't effect their bottom line because they do not have any ownership in the store. Typical problem When you go corporate. They will catch others with marketing, but please read the reviews and find another source. Their prices are also extremely high for the quality of fabric and cheap knockoff designers they contract with. Go to nordstroms or Neiman Marcus or Literally any other store. If you are going to spend 750 on a suit, make darn sure you get some common decency on the other end of that exchange. And if the sales are final then they need to amend that in their return policy. I came in for a tux rental for a wedding and while I can admit some employees have more dry sense of humor than others, nobody was rude or treated me poorly. The process was very straightforward and as for the majority of the people leaving bad reviews, a lot of you need to stop being little babies. read more

The rental process is easy. They really are helpful in allowing you designate what location you want to pick it up at and you can drop it off at any location. Makes it very convenient and easy when traveling. read more

My fiancé and I walked in and were greeted by a nice woman. She told us the wedding Tux manager was at lunch and we could wait, so we did. About 10 minutes later he showed up, was an older, hefty man with very scruffy looking hair and beard and seemed very inconvenienced by us. He sighed and asked what we were looking to do, we're undoubtedly excited and my fiancé told him he wanted to get fitted and look at tuxes. The manager stared at us blankly, seemed again very annoyed and inconvenienced and said - ok let me get some paperwork. We felt so unwanted, disrespected and upset. It's too bad it's the only Waco location because we WILL NOT be returning, instead we're willing to drive to Dallas or Austin to get good customer service. I will not be renting a tuxedo from The Men's Warehouse in Waco again. I went in to get a tuxedo for my daughters wedding a few months before the event. I came prepared to pay for the whole thing. When all was said and done the guy fitting me charged me $50 which I thought wasn't right and asked to double check and he said that was it. I thought it may be because that I was the father of the bride. I come on a Tuesday before the wedding which is that coming Saturday to check the fitting and the sleeves on the shirt were too short so they order me another shirt and I come in that Friday try on the shirt it fits and then the guy goes to check me out and says I owe them another $202! I said wait a minute when I came in to get fitted I was prepared to pay for it all and was told all I owe is $50. The manager gave me a line of bI'll saying a previous employee put my rental in the wrong category and that all I need to pay is another $45. I said keep it and give me my money back I have a black suit I can wear. This was their mistake I shouldn't have to pay anything. Now I have to deal with the Bride in the morning because I'm not in the tux she picked. Thanks for the service. read more

the service we received was beyond horrible, we waited in queue which wasn't the issue. once it was my sons turn for his prom tux rental the associate Anthony was rude from the beginning. he told my son to speak up and quit mumbling, which my son doesn't speak overly loud to begin with but when my so. asked him to repeat a question he asked politely with sir please can you say that again Anthony asked if he was slow. now I tried to diffuse this animosity and told him he does have a hearing issue and Anthony rolled his eyes and said whatever. he then made snide comments to my son the whole visit and when my son would not respond to them or say anything back Anthony continued to make even more rude comments saying he should shower more and that "does the big baby need a nap". now granted my son did not once engage in this behavior or make any facial gestures and Anthony then said well since you can't talk and you probably want to hit me I'm parked outside I a white crown Vic. I told my son and his girlfriend to go to the car and Anthony then turned on me saying ugh your one of those people when I again tried to diffuse the situation with small talk. if there was any other place I could have rented from I. Waco I would have left and not made any transactions. whoever the owner or regional manager is needs to look into this. Anthony was degrading other teens and customers as well while at checkout saying ugh that women over there was cutting her eyes so I cancelled her sons order and great a crying baby just what I want to hear, I hate kids. yall this was the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with and I work in customer service. my son never was disrespectful to anyone and still said thank you while being degraded by such a horrible person. there's absolutely no need for such crappy attitudes in public work I do t care how busy it is. read more

Be very careful when purchasing a suit that needs to be altered here. You will be told that you can return the suit if it does not fit, but the trick they play is that they will still charge you the alteration fee even if it is altered incorrectly and never fits. They also tried to charge me twice for alterations and attempted to walk back their statement that I could return the suit. Only after I insisted did they agree to honor their initial position. Their view is that if a customer orders a suit that needs to be altered, they can do the alterations incorrectly and still charge for it. read more

Don't waste your time coming here unless you want to be judged by snobby guys in suits. My fiance and I came looking for a suit for our wedding and my fiance has never worn a suit before, so we had no idea where to start. I was hoping to have my questions answered but the guy working the suit/tux rental was super short and unfriendly. I showed a picture of a vest we really liked and he said oh that's a custom vest and stared at us. So we asked where we could get a vest similar and he again said it's a custom vest.????? Not sure how this answers my question. Not only did we feel unwelcome here but almost dumb for even coming in here without any prior knowledge about suits. There was one girl there who gave us a smile but other than that these guys working here have no sense of humor or personality and will straight face you the entire time. Save your money and time and go to Suit City in downtown Waco instead!!! Much MUCH better service and no snobs! You will have all your questions answered and measurements taken without feeling rushed or like you're an inconvenience to them. Never coming back even if their suits were $1. My husband and I came here to rent a suit for him for a wedding. Every associate we dealt with was condescending and seemed annoyed by our presence. If you aren't there to spend $300+, you aren't worth their time. I do not recommend this location. I wish I had the option to never return. read more

As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by a nice guy named, Marcos. Marcos was AWESOME! He went above and beyond to help me find what I needed and did not stop until I was satisfied. I was not the easiest customer and required some special attention (IE having to have a suit ordered in from another location). We recently visited the store to look around at options for groomsmen. As soon as we walked up the girl behind the counter (Natasha) sighed and asked if we had an appointment. When we said we didn't and just wanted to look she said she couldn't help without an appointment especially because it was prom season and they were extremely busy. We looked around and there was only one other customer about to check out. She wouldn't show us option and even questioned our taste. She said her next appointment was at 3pm and at this point it was 11am. She said she couldn't help because it would take 45 minutes for paperwork and had to also answer phone calls. We began to walk out and were able to catch the manager. He raised his voice-almost as if he wanted to cause a scene, and began to tell us they were busy and had other customers to attend. We were planning on renting 10 tuxedos but I guess they are "too busy and answering phone calls" to even help us look. When we had first walked in the manager had asked what we were there for, a heads up on not having an appointment from the store manager would have been helpful to at least avoid the horrible customer service we received. We have been loyal customers for years as we get our work suits from men's warehouse. But I can guarantee we will not return to Waco for anything. read more
