My biggest need was grooming and specialty foods since both of my dogs had digestive issues and skin issues. But over the last year, I had some real issues with the grooming department and was so disappointed that I assumed I would not be bringing my dog back... BUT THEN out of nowhere AUBRI called me. SHE reached out and offer her services as she had now taken over the responsibility of the grooming department. I was tentative at first but her wonderful personality and the fact that she reached out on her own to reestablish a grooming relationship was really impressive, - So I went ahead and scheduled with her and my dog was groomed the other day by her. I wish I would've taken a picture the day I picked her up because she looked the best she has looked in years! Aubri did a fantastic job!!! I'm so relieved and grateful that she has taken over the grooming department. Because the store in general has a great selection and the service is always very good. So when there were issues in the grooming department last year, it was just thoroughly disappointing. But Aubri has completely changed that disappointment into satisfaction! I will definitely be scheduling again in the grooming department here at Pet Supply Plus, and continue purchasing my dog supplies here.
