Brad responded once, but the resolution he promised was never fulfilled. I purchased a new mower from this location, which was missing components. Brad stated these parts had been stolen, and would be ordered. When trying to verify the orders had been placed, I was ignored and not provided a basic update. I am now escalating the matter to the Better Business Bureau in an effort to resolve the issue. It is unacceptable that a new product would not be delivered with all manufacturer-included components. It is equally troubling that the store leadership would lack the basic courtesy to simply communicate with their customers. In addition, the phone number Lowes typically posts in response to reviews (1-800-445-6937) hasn't been much assistance for me. Please respond to the BBB complaint that the manufacturer-included components, or applicable cost will be covered.
