We had so much fun celebrating with ATX Party boats for my friend's bachelorette party! Tristan was such a good sport putting up with a bunch of intoxicated, loud, bad singing, dancing girls. He was so much fun! We went in mid April and I was so worried about the weather but it ended up being a perfect day! He even let us swing by the marina to pick up some more goodies because you can never have too much! Putting all the boats together was also very fun. We even added on an extra hour we were having so much fun (would have probably added on like 4 if they didn't have someone after us). Would 10/10 recommend doing a bachelorette party with these guys! We had a fantastic morning on the water celebrating recent high school graduates. They thoroughly enjoyed the lily pad, slide, upper deck, and hearing their playlist on the bluetooth speakers. We got a boat and in the morning based on weather, the company said that they would likely need to cancel. We decided to make other plans and we tried to just call it off but they charged us full price plus gratuity because they said the weather was clearing up. Now the person working there isn't answering our calls. read more

Predatory company. We had 100% forecasts of lightning during our 4 hour window and heavy rain with 60 MPH+ gusts that made it unsafe to even drive 45 minutes to the location. I called ATX to explain this, and they said on the phone call that it wasn't raining (they lied, I have a screenshot of when I called them showing moderate to heavy rain). There was lightning for 2 hours during our 4 hour window, and Kaytlyn told me on the phone "there will be lightning, but we'll just turn the boat around and go back to the dock. It'll only take an hour at most." What?? Their policy clearly states you can't go out in lightning, so to be told "we'd just turn the boat around" while there's lightning is absurd. I asked for the refund, and they immediately charged my card the full amount right after that phone call. This company will hold your group hostage no matter what the weather conditions are and they will happily put your friends in harm's way. If they do this to you, fight it in a chargeback and get your money back then write a negative review so everyone can find out how evil this company is. read more

This was such an awesome experience! Went to surprised out friend for their birthday and had a blast! The driver was awesome, the boat, slide, speakers and Lilly pad all worked great and we will for sure be doing this again! 10/10 experience--my only critiques: 1. We don't know how legit these men were however there were two men that morning posted out front at the drive in entrance charging a $5 drop off fee who were not there by the time we got back. 2. Bring a wagon or something with wheels if you have a bunch of stuff to carry like we did because the walk to boat was super far and our items were super heavy! read more

This company makes it so easy to book a boat party online. Their website tells you everything you need to know: the maximum occupancy of each boat, what is included, where you get picked up, etc. You can make the full payment online and even tip the driver the same time you pay, so there's no confusion the day of. The process was so easy, I gave them a quick call after right after I booked to make sure everything went through okay. It did! :) I was put at ease when they emailed me a reminder of all the rules and what the boat includes, and I got a text on the day of as well. We met our driver, Chandler, at the dock and he took us on a quick tour of Lake Austin and he snapped our picture with the 360 bridge in the background. It's so fun that every boat comes with a stand up paddle board as well as a huge lilypad. It was an overall great day on the lake. Chandler was fun and professional.
